Very informative Video , I just complete my PhD work, I work with aerobes, now as a part of different project I started working with anaerboes and having troubles to switch from Liquid media to solid , I plan to do 16S amplification for identification, so can i go with universal bacterial primers or should I use specific anaerboic primers for 16S ... Its a long query, please excuse... Regards Abhijit
