Hi is it okay to use ftm when it turns red for c.perfringens? Or better use it while hot( not pink) since clost spores can survive at 100c?
Has tube d been over aerated as the red colour is all the way down the tube? Doesn't that mean the media wouldn't support anearobes? Thanks
