For an artist it doesn't matter if you're getting paid or not, you do what you love to do because you can. These guys are dedicated, passionate, and just plain awesome. Hope they craft more things in the future.
Have you ever seen the Arbiter that was in Halo Wars? That guy was effing huge, and awesome. And plus, and Elite's natural hight is 8 feet tall, so this is pretty FREEKIN' accurate! Awesome job, it looks like something from Weta!
@SeedOfTheWicked Height changed in different games. The only reason some researchers say elites aren't that tall is because they are hunched so far down (Except in reach), and because of multiplayer (again except in Reach) to help match spartans, whom are also very tall. But in reach the height is said to be a few inches shorter than brutes, making it just over 8 feet anyway. Even look in some cutscenes in Halo 2, that can't be under 8. This might sound a bit stupid, but wikipedia also says 8'6"

@FiendishDemon i think the different looking elites is the same as the difference in facial features on humans that make them unique. so some elites may have longer mandibles or some may have longer noses

Hi, great work first off, but I was wondering what you use to attach the EVA foam pieces together? I've had some luck with the spray adhesive, but other seams start to separate before it makes a strong bond. Would you mind letting me in on that little secret, or if I'm using the right stuff, the best method for getting it to work better? Much appreciated.

In the future, when we create space crafts capable of exeeding the borders of space and even time itself, it will all be in vein attempts to measure up to the amount of win these dudes single handedly birthed. Everyone says elites and there weapons are really big but when you trade with a marine there still the size of normal weapons.
Seth Hall not really when you give a marine a plasma rifle which is a one handed weapon they use both hands
plus it's scaled down for game's sake.
