  • This is my complete body stretch for dancers! Follow along to get flexible with these ballet stretching exercises in just 20 minutes! These stretching exercises are for the whole body, leaving you feeling supple and relaxed. This dancer stretch routine is ideal for your daily stretch at the end of the day especially if one of your goals at the moment is to improve your flexibility! This stretch routine is split into two parts, the ballet stretching exercises and a cool down section to help you wind down for the evening.

    Place blocks or chair on the left and right. 1,2,3,4,5,Pile it high💪
