Within 2 days of taking CPD Choline I literally felt a difference in my ability to think. I was diagnosed MCI (Mild Cognitive Impairment) three years ago. Between diet change (strict carnivore), nutrients including CPD Choline, and being introduced to virtual reality puzzle games by my psychologist daughter, I was able to get my memory and cognition back to where I was able to write my third book and publish it. I will continue this regiment for rest of my life!

Here are my ANECDOTAL "broscience" experiences on your recommendations:
Acetyl-L-Carnitine: I developed, and others I know personally, problems with controlling my anger while using this.
Sulbutiamine: Works great at first. No digestive problems. Builds up a strange type of tolerance that leads to a headache.
TTFD: Less "nootropic" effect than sulbutiamine. Sometimes gives minor odd aftertaste (that can last hours) if not consumed BEFORE food. The better form due to side effects simply presenting as higher metabolism.
Benfotiamine: Didn't notice any cognitive effects, likely requires a long time to kick in. Some people vouch for this form so I can't dismiss it outright.
Pantothenic Acid: A more bioavailable form is "Pantethine", which like Sulbutiamine, is two Pantothenic Acid molecules linked by a disulfide bridge. This form has noticeable cognitive effects and according to studies, lowers LDL and triglycerides.
Worth noting the disadvantage of Pantethine / Sulbutiamine / TTFD is that they may deplete glutathione due to the cleaving of the disulfide bridge, so ensuring that you eat a high micronutrient diet is necessary. That includes collagen intake!

Thank you for this! Honestly tho, don’t think we will ever know enough about the functions of the human body to fully understand the side effects of any supplementation that is outsized/unbalanced with other nutrients to some degree, or to know how higher doses of any one or few nutrients will effect any one individual. Scares me to add any significant amount of any nutrient by themselves.
Seems to me best to just eat a diet that is as diverse and nutritious as you can manage, and if you have trouble absorbing nutrients (or just prefer to), take one or more balanced low-dose ( 100-200% of daily rec intake) iron-free multivitamin/mineral supplements, adding (trying one at a time) slightly more of any nutrients you think you have more of for your particular health issue, taking into consideration cofactors, adding iron separately as/if needed, taking regular breaks from supplements, and regularly testing blood levels of any higher dose nutrients you take if possible. It may take longer to get the desired effect going low and slow but I think the safer route.
That said, finding high quality supplements with the appropriate doses /forms of nutrients of any kind (and keeping up with the latest research in what is considered the best form/dose) is the hard part. I have yet to find a single high quality low dose iron-free multivitamin/mineral supplement (tho perhaps harder for me than others as I need one iodine-free). Worth trying diff forms/brands in my experience.
Ps potentially digestive enzymes short term or as needed can play a role for some individuals, to get the most out of the foods eaten

When I get low on methylation, possibly via acidosis (methionine/TMG/SAM-e helped, until I started taking bicarbonate and didn't need them anymore), I'd experience potent, bottled-up rage and resentment. Possibly also due to a slow COMT mutation backing up adrenaline, which needs methyls to clear the adrenaline.
EDIT: I later learned this response is due to histamine. Low methylation = high histamine. This explains why taking TMG (three methyls) would help me immediately.

Today i can safely eat 1 whole egg per day, but if i have 2 whole eggs per day, within a couple of weeks i begin to have very noticeable arrhythmia. I discovered the connection to choline mechanism by taking a choline supplement. Within a week, my heart became a bucking bronco of dangerous arrhythmia and put me in the ER. The solution was to eliminate foods containing choline. Horrible for me. I have been experimenting ever since with Acetyl L Carnitine and vitamin B5. But when I eat 4-5 eggs in a serving I notice brain improvements instantly. For those that think consuming too many eggs will cause issues there are plenty of tests and RUclips videos that demystified those concerns. Eggs are fine and can be consumed in large quantities. But obviously this is not a quick fix you still need to watch carb intake, get blood work to confirm vitamin levels, exercise more, pay attention to stress and sleep patterns etc etc etc to make sure your body is in an overall good state.

It's one of those tricky neurotransmitters which can be used for excitatory or calming functions and in my experiences with it in the mast cell and dysautonomia community, appears to want to increase excitatory functions. It's always a wonderful thing when people get to the point of tolerating it.

Those dosages you show at the end of your video are meant to be taken for a short period? At what time of the day is best to take such therapy? I've read on a pubmed report that acetylcholine is accumulated higher during the morning hours. Correct me if i'm wrong.
I'm also reading, and here i quote: " ...racetams works to preserve acetylcholine regulation in instances of cognitive impairment such as deliriant intoxication or cognitive deficits associated with traumatic brain injury." - Aight, but do racetams works in the short term or in the long term? Can they be considered as a sort of "medication" like alpha GPC, choline etc etc?
I couldn't find any report/ scientific research about those substances you mentioned that works to improve / preserve acetylcholine receptors, that tells if they have side effect in the long term. Example: the dosages can be overdosed or you can encounter any collateral effect?

Thank you so much for your fast reply, I feel very grateful. If I interpret it in the right way (I’m from Sweden so English is my second language) taking thiamine can help me clear the glutamate and actually be very beneficial for me. Maybe it’s because I have a deficiency in thiamine that I react so strongly to MSG and things like glutathione and glutamine. I also can’t take anything glycine for instance, I have a magnesium glycinate supplement. If I take that at night I don’t sleep well at all that night. If I have an Epsom Salt bath at night I don’t sleep pretty much at all that night. Have you ever heard of something like this similar? Thank you again. From what Dr. Joel Wallach has said, very high dose gelatin can reverse cartilage damage/degradation. Beef gelatin can be bought as a pure powder and mixed with cold drinks or soup/broth. Or make a "healthier" version of jello, without sugar. He claimed that at least one person regrew either a shoulder or knee joint (I can't remember the medical name for it or which joint it was exactly) after surgery, which removed almost all the cartilage. He also claimed that someone else avoided double knee surgeries by doing the same, consuming large amounts of gelatin, iirc. Wallach does have a supplement company, but the info about the gelatin was offered freely.
