My husband died in a hospital (COVID was blamed) due to lack of thiamine and other nutrients (of course). I believe he had Wernicke's encephalopahty shortly after being admitted to the ER. He was dehydrated and would would not eat. They would do nothing for him. He should have been given a "banana bag" according to my daughter. These hospitals were absolutly a kill zone.

I totally agree! Hospital is now a killing zone. My mom was admitted to the hospital because of lactic acidosis ( is caused when the mitochondria is not producing enough energy from lack of nutrients, in this case would be thyamine deficienc specifically, for diabetics are very low, her case extremely low) I could see that she actually was having a heart failure because of extremely thyamine deficiency, I could see all the symptoms of edema in her legs, abdominal area, her face, extremely tired, difficult breathing. Prior of being admitted she urinated lots wich caused even more deficiencies in most her B vitamins, potassium, sodium, magnesium etc ( she was type 2 diabetic) I told her doctor that she needed very high doses of intravenously thyamine with vitamin C high doses, the doctor told me she was already on it. I asked him what dose was she talking, he said it was 100mg 3 times a day. I told him that she needed urgent at least 500 3 to 4 times a day for at least 4 days straight intravenously then 200 or more daily. He said, let's wait to see how she responds to the lower dose and this is the hospital protocol. They refuse to give any higher then 100mg 3 times a day ( doctors dont understand that a deficiency most often is ONLY corrected with very high doses for short periods or until deficiency is corrected). She passed the next day. They didn't even notice that all her symptoms was from B1 deficiency. This information I read on medical journal that this is the most effective line of treatment for lactic acidosis and sepsis, if you dont treat the lactic acidosis it progresses to sepsis very quickly The longer doctors wait to initiate the procedure the patient health declines very quickly. It also mentioned that 70% of all admitted patients are nutrients deficient SPECIALLY THOSE IN ICU CARE , she was intubated and most likely was unnecessary and caused more harm than good in her case.I believe doctors DONT READ information published about how to treat conditions with nutrients . I was powerless, but yet with a very powerful information that could have saved her life and many others .If you are a doctor reading this, please address nutrients deficiency of your patient, by doing so you can save lives! I have done enough research to know what I'm talking about.

I saw your video with the Moroccan guy on the 24th of April. I have had fibromyalgia, CFS, IBS, chronic pains on my right leg that has left me bedridden since February. I received my order of thiamax, thiassist and thiactive B on the 4th of May and started with 100mg of thiamine then increased to 200mg after 3days. I decided after two days to increase to 300mg but discovered it made me quite jittery and I felt some brain inflammation. I went back to 200mg since then and on the 14th of May, I started walking again! I still have a slight limp but for the first time in 6years and numerous doctors who told me it was all in my head, I know I am going to be okay. My stomach feels warmer and nomore bloating. The brain fog has cleared significantly since I started TTFD. I can't thank Elliot Overton enough for this great work. I am going to be on B1 for a long time.

Still haven't figured out what caused my CFS, brain fog, tinnitus, vertigo, etc. I pray this year my God, Jesus Christ, will reveal the cause and end my suffering! Are there tests for all the B's one can take? I'm so thankful to my wonderful husband who did private health insurance at 1 million/year. I learned more than I ever wanted to know about parasites because I had liver flukes. The same as him I thought the main symptom was just normal muscle twitches. I wasn't even really aware I had chronic fatigue. I just thought I was tired a lot. I saw a few doctors and none of them had ever seen flukes before so they wouldn't have considered it if I hadn't already figured out what the problem was myself. With flukes you never see them in your stools like other parasites so you can have them your whole life and never know it. I took wormwood because I thought I might have some type of parasite which is how I was able to find dead ones in my stool to confirm that I had a parasite and what it was. Then when I did get them diagnosed by a doctor and lab work, I had to try different drugs before I got the right cocktail that was strong enough to kill them. Praziquantel wasn't strong enough. It took triclabendazole plus ivermectin. I hope this helps someone. I know it would have really helped me.

I had a liver transplant in a respected health system in the US, and they failed to diagnose any of this stuff since post transplant when I started complaining of issues. GI doc, primary, pulmonogist, podiatrist, transplant team, none of them diagnosed any of the many ME/CFS sub symptoms I had. I just think the mainstream medical complex is woefully poor at emergent diseases, and nutrition. Nutrition in the medical field in the US is almost non-existent, you have to seek it out, it won't ever be a part of your normal treatment, even if you got a liver transplant.

Remember, most diseases and diseases symptoms don't come from out of nowhere from nothing. Typically, it's something we're doing that we shouldn't or not doing something we should or a combination of both. Our bodies become toxic due to a buildup of mucus, acidosis, inflammation, etc. due to diet, lifestyle, negative thoughts, chemicals in products we use and so on. The first thing I did when I got very sick with multiple symptoms was to run straight back to nature because we are products of nature. For two years I ate primarily salads for meals along with lots of fruits, berries and melons. Many people make the mistake of thinking they can't eat these foods because their bodies react negatively - gas, bloating, nausea, digestive issues, diarrhea, etc. when they switch from eating their normal diet to eating fruits and veggies. Well, I made that same mistake, but this is a normal reaction because our bodies are overloaded with toxic gunk that needs to be purged and detoxified. That's exactly what the fruits and veggies are doing. It's their job to push toxins from the body. There will be many symptoms as the body detoxes such as the ones I named and more. 100% of my symptoms disappeared after about two-years of eating what humans are meant to eat. No more tinnitus, IBS, foggy thinking, memory loss, atrial fibrillation, anxiety, aching muscles and joints, etc. It takes time for the body to heal, so people need to be patient and give it time. Many cases are simply malnutrition. Your body can no longer absorb the nutrients you require because of blockages and inflammation. Clean and open the pathways and the body can then absorb and assimilate the nutrients it requires for homeostasis.

I had bought some B1 then was afraid to take it. Well, listening to this gentleman give his testimony on his symptoms he blew me away because everything this man spoke of is everything i have gone through the most frustrating part of feeling this way was the doctors saying it was in my head and i knew differently. At the beginning of July of this year. I had to take the bull by the horns. I had gained weight during covid and knew I needed to lose it. So i started eat the way I did when I had lost 140 lbs and intermediate fasting I am a 45 year old female and know with aging vitamins and minerals play a role in aging. 2 year ago I was having the digestive problems and my sister in - law had sent me spirulina. when i started to fast intermediately with only eating veggies and fruits fish and chicken I started to take the spirulina. Before when she sent it my digestive track couldn't even handle the spirulina. A week later a B1 came across my mind and finally started taking it. The inflammation, the brain fog, and cognitive thinking has gotten better about 50% but only
Started fasting the last week of June , I started the spirulina a week later then that is when The B1 came across my mind and started taking it. Just in this short time I feel better and my cognitive thinking as time goes on I know will even get better listen to this man. In the three week I started really can say detox my system i have lost 20 lbs and have 30 more to go. Your video is a blessing thank you and God bless.

Benfotiamine is a fat soluble form of vitamin B1, and because of that it can pass across the cellular membrane and enter a cell directly. This is why it is many times more effective than thiamine. Also as an aside people along the spectrum tend to be less absorbent of important body micronutrients so a big response is not unusual. The Thing for quite a number of people may be causing similar absorbency problems so taking Benfotiamine which is known for its ability to boost our neural circuitry could help sufferers recover. It may in of itself destroy the spike or at least enable that.

You never cease to amaze me, I'm serious every one of these videos that I watch or when I read the comments I'm hearing people describe the very symptoms I've had or been having
I just started TTFD not even a full week ago and my anxiety depression those things went away within 24 hours, the burning under my skin between my knee and ankles is gone the tingling in my hands and arms has finally gone, I cannot believe my energy levels I'm going to be 60 next year and I literally feel like I'm in my mid-to-late twenties! And my cognitivity has been returning to my 20's status - I haven't had the wheels in my brain turn like that in decades! And let's not forget pain. I walk probably give or take 10 miles a day at work over a course of 8 hours easily, and the pain in my tendons in my feet and my knees are sore and by the end of my shift I'm walking like I could use a cane or a walker just to get out to my car. Within 24 hours of being on this TTFD, I had incredible spring in my step a longer stride and I don't have pain and I walk out that door to the parking lot without the pain - absolutely incredible!!
And to think that doctors don't even understand nutrition or vitamin and minerals and how they work as cofactors, and they assist with enzymatic actions I mean I remember learning this stuff at college in PRE med - what's wrong with doctors today? They should not be allowed to have a license or a doctorate unless they know how nutrition or lack thereof affects the human body. 🤨😠

In my experience, most western doctors don’t have the ability or expertise to deal with chronic conditions and either write patients off with the conclusion “it’s in your head” or “it’s just something you’re going to have to live with” which is shifting blame to patients. The NHS is failing us because there's no targets, quality payments, audit requirements, or comprehensive assessment and ongoing management of fibromyalgia to be found. Fibromyalgia is complex, with many contributing factors and symptoms. Treating what's treatable, particularly if it causes pain is really important, but often overlooked. Pain Clinics have failed many patients badly because the 'you need to learn to manage your aches and pains yourself' drive went mainstream. It's insane to find physiotherapists at the front end of some services peddling a handful of exercises and pain education, degrading healthcare to what feels more like narcissistic abuse, even considered appropriate.

Like a panic attack that lasted for 4/5 months 24/7. After a couple days of taking HQ B-complex and magnesium 400 my life turned around. I have energy everyday (still sleeping to late), and finally the energy to take my life back. Still battling anxiety but ill get there.

I spoke with Vish (in the comments) about 1 week ago after watching this video.
I had all the SAME symptoms and no answers for 3-4 years. I took B1 last week and have had new abundant energy!
At the same time, I met an American doctor where I'm living as an expat 2 days ago, and after telling her all my symptoms, she said one word, 'fibromyalgia'. My first ever diagnoses in this journey 🥺
I was told I'm too young from 15 doctors for diseases. As if disease is a respector of ages! The lack of education in the medical field is awful.
I'm very thankful to God and channel's like this. The funny thing is after this channel, I threw 'spaghetti to the wall' and took a concoction of B1 (100, then 200 mg), CoQ10, B complex, Reservatol and Glutathione, and multivitamin. After the doctor mentioned Fibro, I did a quick research and reservatrol is excellent for it, so it's all coming together full circle and I was already taking what's best for Fibro symptoms.
I really thought I was dying at 37 y.o. Family and friends wrote me off as a hypochondriac. I'm happy I didn't give up. I knew deep down I was deficient in something but could not figure out what even after aggressive RUclips and Google searches all these years. I just stumbled on this video that showed up in my algorithm and figured I've never considered B1 for chronic fatigue syndrome.
This video changed my health and life so far- thank you!
P.S Nobody mentions night terrors as a result of low B1. Was getting recurring ones night after night and I usually rarley dream. The anxiety also that impacts the nervous saystem, and sensitivity to light and sound... hearing everyone talk LOUDLY in the room. I REALLY suffered...but thankful things are turning around now! 🙏

Way back in the late 1970's, I learned from my studies in Scientology how B1 is the 'mind' vitamin; we used to have to take it if we were having counselling sessions. Also, therefore, I took an extra B1 tablet for each beer or drink that I would have at the disco. I used to go disco dancing, and always replaced my B1 with each drink.

Can I ask you a serious question? I swear I'm not trying to be obnoxious. I had a brief stint into Scientology and I do know a lot about it. If someone is high up the bridge, maybe clear or OT level and they encounter someone who is pretty negative about Scientology. Why declare them a suppressive person and cut them off? Aren't people up on the bridge incredibly able to handle all kinds of situations and people? I mean, I'm in sales and I deal with negative people all the time and it's not a big deal. People are able to make their own decisions and I don't take anything personally. But just because a friend or family member disagrees with me, I'm not going to cut them off. I don't need to because I'm a mature person who knows how to deal with people. So Scientology is supposed to be able to enhance your abilities yet if someone doesn't agree with your point of view, you disconnect. I thought Scientologists have good communication skills and can deal with different situations? I guess not. You don't like me so I'll communicate. Meanwhile Scientology is destroying families all over the world and that's why it's a shrinking religion despite what Miscavage tells you. It just doesn't make any sense. Why would a Scientologist be so incapable of dealing with someone who disagrees with them? Doesn't that make them LESS capable to dealing with the world than non scientologists? How are you going to save the planet when you can't even deal with someone that doesn't agree with you? It totally makes NO sense if you think about it logically. Again, no offense. I'm curious to hear what you have to say.

I was struck by symptoms, much like the person interviewed in this video, that started in 2014 after a misdiagnosed flu/lung infection, massive doses of antibiotics to fix the 'flu' and a dentist visit gone awry. I struggled for years with fibromyalgia, CFS, near comatose fatigue, severe GI issues, food sensitivities galore, cardiac arrhythmias (SVT), POTS, loosing excessive weight (from 148lbs to 92 and then a couple years later down to 89lbs for a 5'2" medium frame), crippling neuropathy, muscle spasms that turned my urine brown, poor blood sugar control, a diagnosis of dysautonomia and mast cell activation and so much more. After trying lots of therapies, vitamins and minerals, diets galore and years of scans and imaging later, I discovered B1, low oxalate diet and Dr. Lonsdale and Marrs's book. I started taking benfothiamine in jan of 2020 and have not looked back since. My symptoms started improving almost immediately and my energy started coming back. Two covid infections and my body went back to its original state of mayhem. I still continued with the B1 and in the last 6 months I tripled my dose of B1 with a corresponding increase in mag, potassium, zinc, vit d, selenium, molybdenum, very low dose copper sulfate, occasional b-complex and B2 etc. My energy is way better. My 2nd covid infection brought back a lot of my original symptoms like brain inflammation, poor word recall, occasional vertigo, sleep disturbances and this feeling of discomfort in my jaws (like they aren't aligned properly). So I still have a large amount of work to do but benfothiamine was very instrumental in helping my energy metabolism head in the direction of recovery. TTFD was a disaster with too many side effects. From being a swimmer and hiker, crashing to a point of hardly any movement, and now being able to walk and cook and care for my kiddo seems like progress in the right direction. I do think that I am one of those who genetically needed large amounts of b1 and other b vitamins. With dementia, lots of brain hemorrhages, fatal cardiovascular and GI issues, asthma etc in my family, energy metabolism is clearly a big concern.

Hopefully I can do one of these videos someday, I'm on day 40 or so. Currently still with Magnesium Malate, Potassium Citrate, B Complex, and 300mg of TTFD, and Zinc in the evening, along with a multi in the morning and evening. My GI issues seem to be rectifying, but that has made recovery challenging. Man, I am STILL listening and it's crazy how many things Vish says that ring true, like "feeling like you're dying", I think that's a combo of the Tachycardia, nervous system shutdown, etc. EDIT: There is ONE thing though that I haven't seen anyone else report, and it's a very weird way I dealt with this for a long time. No GI movement? well, eat a lot and it will push the old food out. I seem to have an iron gut and no reflux through all of this, so I was able to do this when most others don't seem to go this route.

Except I haven’t had the pain. But peripheral neuropathy, cognitive issues, crushing anxiety, everything I ate made me fatigued, gluten allergy? Dumpings syndrome?? Anemia? At one point I couldn’t drive my car more than 10 minutes without slumping behind the wheel, then I had to quit coffee cuz it gave me severe vertigo.
Tried to get a cfs diagnosis from the psychiatrist and walked out with an adhd diagnosis 🤷‍♂️
I recently developed really bad rls and still can’t sleep more than 3/4 hours a night. I too thought I had Parkinson’s or alzheimers, it was so scary particularly when I had a mortgage, no family support and a disabled son and sick wife totally reliant on me.
On top of that my first son god diagnosed with level 2/3 autism and my partner developed lupus and stage 1 cancer.
I tried b1, it helped for 1 day and then went back to normal. for me it’s been a combination of longevity supplements, primarily mitochondrial supplements, iron, lions mane and going to the gym once certain supplements, namely tmg, gave me back some of my energy, after I started at the gym things got better and better .
Although it’s still early days, maybe a week, I keep waiting for things to go back to how they were. Fingers crossed they don’t.

Along with carnivore my peripheral nerve symptoms and depression, fatigue, etc. have all improved dramatically, when years of conventional medical care failed to help. good luck out there

@@moniryousefian8782 i've used a few brands, mostly "Trophic" as 2mg copper bisglycinate. AOR makes a zinc + copper formulation, although the ratio of zinc to copper may be too high to correct a copper deficiency effectively. too much at once can cause nausea and other detox symptoms, take with lots of water, start slow. The recommended maximum intake of copper is 10mg/day, there's reason to be skeptical of that number but you may wish to stay below that. I ramped up to 20mg per day and then ramped back down, I'm a fairly large guy and sweat a lot in sauna so my mineral needs may be higher. Cofactors include vitamin A, i take some cod liver oil and other minerals. the best food source is beef liver which I don't enjoy but that would probably naturally include the relevant cofactor nutrients. I was so so deficient that even 2 or 4 mg a day made a noticeable difference in mood and energy within a few days.

I would say he's gotten the treatment most women get which is to have our symptoms be completely dismissed. I had a hiatal hernia at 27 and had to convince doctors to do an upper endoscopy because they kept telling me it was just anxiety 😳
Also much respect to doing your own research and identifying what will help. There are risks to this, but the best thing you can do when you have a health condition is to learn as much as you can about it. Doctors have multiple times given me prescriptions for things that have either worsened my condition or given me new, worse ones. I have been able to overcome all my health issues and health anxiety, and a big part of this is relying on doctors as little as possible aside from formal testing

There is a synthetic Thiamin you will want to add to your vitamin regimen. Thiamin (B1) is water soluable and can be absorbed into nerve tissue. Benfotiamine, synthetic Thiamine is fat soluable it goes into tge sheath around nerve tissue which is fatty tissue so the Benfotiamine absorbs into this layer where it changes to Thiamine and is 20x more absorbable into the nerve tissue. This gentleman has a video about Benfotiamine. Thanks to B1 and Benfotiamine, I no longer get kept up all night with feeling like a red hot rod is being stuck into my feet! I have been able to stop needing gabapentin for neuropathy pain! But, don't just take my word for it! Please, look up Benfotiamine for yourself. I do not ask anyone to trust a stranger just because they say it worked. It is always good practice to research and verify! Best wishes in your recovery!

Omg, I have been suffering from all this for many years! It’s been at least twenty five and slowly got worse even though I was fighting with everything I had. I researched vitamins and supplements, I spent a fortune on any hope I could find. But nothing helped. I’m now at a point where my life is not worth living. I can’t get off the couch. It’s where I sleep and stay. Getting up to go to appointments, etc., is hell. I need days to psych myself into doing it. I sweat profusely, and I feel like I’m so heavy. It makes it hard to function. This is again, a small hope. Though I’ve pretty much given up on all the “hope” because it’s always let me down. I’m so tired and fatigued that I don’t have much fight left in me to try to overcome this anymore. I’m only 55 but I’m imprisoned in my own body. And talk about the brain fog!!! It’s awful! I can’t get words to come to mind, even when their words I use regularly. I used to have a high (I’m having trouble thinking of the term even as we speak) … vocabulary and was extremely scientific minded. I’m so totally frustrated now because I can see how much my mental capacity has declined and can’t seem to do anything to improve it. It’s like I’m withering away. It’s definitely making me depressed, how couldn’t it?
So where do I start? The three things you mentioned here in this video? I took screenshots of several parts so I could have the info since I know I’d never remember.
