Hi Rock. Maybe you can help me? I have a very simple Manychat flow: (1) Person scans QR code. (2) Initial message goes to FB Messenger asking permission to send a link. (They type YES.) Then the next message contains the link. I thought I had it right, but I don't.
I have an initial trigger for the QR code => FB Message #1. I have a second trigger for the 'YES' but FB Message #2 is coming immediately after message #1, & the person doesn't even have a chance to type 'YES.' Am I missing a connection? Thanks for your help!

Would this work with messages coming in from a personal Facebook messenger / from Facebook marketplace?
@@tobyreal6647 not personal Facebook. It uses an API key that’s only linked to your business Facebook and Facebook shop.

Is ManyChat able to send automated replies for messages received on specific *products* in our Facebook shop? I know it can send replies on our Facebook page, but what about *product* inquiries through our Facebook shop?
Not specifically through the shop itself. It would have to be on your actual Facebook business page the shop is connected to. So what I tell clients to do is to create keywords for each product in shop and provide an FAQ that gives answers automatically.

I set up the IG conversation starter, but the IG message isn't sending - how do you make it send instantly?
The conversations starters are for inbound messages. When someone clicks on one it kicks off the message

Can you use many chat on your personal fb profile or is it only for FB pages?
Only Facebook business pages
Will this tool work for a personal FB page that is setup on professional mode?
Hey Ashley. It won't work from a personal page no matter the circumstance. You can make a business page or "fan" page from the right side menu bar and connect that with Manychat.
@rockurbusiness thanks!! I have a business page but never focused on growing it, whereas my personal has 60k followers. I definitely need automation though so I'm considering posting all my most viral reels to a biz page to grow it also so I can automate more.

You could. But it would just open up their messenger. Manychat doesn’t integrate with Tiktok, but you can a messenger bot link and put it in the bio.

Through the broadcast feature, but it has to be within a 24 hour window of them subscribing through the the bot.
@@rockurbusiness so I made the new flow and created one where people agreed to be notified once a day when I am live on my Facebook gaming page so now I have the contacts that have agreed to be notified but now I don't know how to send all the contacts the live stream at once
