great review, poe gives you catually an option to create chatbots too. not as great though. quickchat was more consistant for me over chatbase but droped out of the race due to pricing, but it worked best 6 months ago. voiceflow is probably the goto thing if you want to go more pro. crawl, walk, run is an image they used. they get the idea.
I have a question. I require a large knowledge base. Around 500mb to potentially a 1GB (maybe 2GB) with technical documents some of them 300-400 pages. I want these to be processed using a chatgbt model then outputted to WhatsApp. Like an IT support via WhatsApp (They ask specific questions, maybe a print screen or two) Then It gives them solutions. Very straightforward apart from the large knowledge base. Many chat seems like the easiest but I don't know the limit on what the knowledge base it.
Manychat doesn't have a built-in knowledge base, so I wouldn't go with them for this use case. I think I would either go with Manychat + Cody (and integrate them). Or I would go with Botpress.
