    I LOVE this video! So far it's my absolute favorite aerobics workout. I'm 39 and been severely overweight and out of shape almost my entire life. When I began working out 3 months ago,I found this video and quickly began incorporating it into my daily exercises. When I started, I could only last 10 min in, with numerous rests added to the 10 second rests between exercises. Now, even as spring is upon us, and temperatures are rising, I'm able to do the whole video without having to pause it once!! I'm SO much stronger, my endurance is greatly improved and my balance has NEVER been this good!
    I absolutely recommend this video to anyone whose looking to get stronger and healthier. ❤️ Just remember to go at your own pace and don't overdo it! ❤️

    Прекрасный комплекс. Работают все группы мышц! Мне 57, после этой тренировки чувствую себя на 20 лет моложе😊😊. Отлично укрепляет каркасные мышцы, дает лимфодренажный эффект! Заряда бодрости хватает на весь день! Спасибо огромное! Теперь тренируюсь только с вами! Очень нравится, что подсвечены группы мышц, на которые направлено упражнение, указан тайминг и звуковой сигнал очень удобно регулирует тренировку! Спасибо!❤❤❤

    Мне 26 лет, 120 кг, делала упражнения также медленно как она, но вспотела больше чем от других своих тренировок! Добавить сюда гантелтки и шикарная тренировка для начинающих

    Ich bin gar nicht fit mit 37 Jahren. Bin gerade dabei es zu ändern. Ich hoffe dieses Video hilft mir mein Bau Fett zu verringern. 😢Dankeschön für die Videos. Ich kann mir nur vorstellen wieviel Arbeit darin steckt.

      @leyla635, evtl könntest du erstmal einen leaky gut test machen. Durchlässiger Darm. Gibt es bei "for you" zu bestellen. Die meisten haben einen hohen Zonulin Wert und lässt sich , laut meinen Erfahrungen, mit Darmbakterien in den Griff bekommen. Habe nach gut 6 Wochen Bauchumfang verloren. Durch Dominik Barkow , ganzheitlicher Gesundheitscoach mit seinem Team, bin ich zu einigen Erkenntnissen gekommen um seine Defizite zu verbessern...

    ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ at age 60, this workout is a good workout and you know that you’re actually doing something for your body because it gets a good sweat going forward. I really appreciate these workouts that are coming through and have subscribed.

    I am 56 years old and I was the European champion in caiak canoe in 1982... I have a sporty lifestyle but with little difficulty because I have an accident on the cervical spine I was operated on 4 times with not very good results. Now I'm trying to keep my siluet and physical condition by doing gymnastics at home. Thank you for the support and help you give us with videos uploaded on you tube.     I am 78 and have been doing workouts for a year and this one is really great. It also helps with balance. I am definitely going to see you every day. My thyroid got out of wack and I have belly fat for the first time in my life. I took my measurements today and will get back to you in a week. Thank you so much

    Мне 36, но так как нет физической подготовки и есть астма, я обажаю ваши упражнения. В них сохраняется правильный ритм сердца, и это единственные упражнения где я худею, становлюсь здоровой, и моя астма меня не беспокоит ❤❤❤

      Оленька я хочу тебе сказать .Если у тебя астма занимайся дыхательной гимнастикой по Бутейко .Найди в Ютубе
      Дыхательная гимнастика по Бутейко.Найди свой вариант .И занимайся, не думай, что сразу все исчезнет ,но сама астма не уйдет .Веть ты такая молодая и жить с этим очень трудно.

    I love this workout, i just begun "body now", I do it each morning. I am a little under 75, and I feel like 35. I have done many types of work outs for over 40 years, , but body now, and two other workouts are my favorite work outs that makes my body feel alive and energized and the exercises are not strenuous, but very effective. .

    ഞാൻ സ്ഥിരമായി ഈ എക്സർൈസ് ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്. എന്റെ balancing problems സുഖമായി. സുഖമായി ഉറക്കം കിട്ടുന്നുണ്ട്. ബോഡി പൈൻ ഇല്ല. ഒരു 35 വയസ്സിന്റെ ആര്യോഗം ഉണ്ട്. പിന്നെ weight കുറഞ്ഞ് വരുന്നു. ഒരു മാസമേ ആയിട്ടുള്ളൂ ചെയ്യുവാൻ തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട് thanks a lot.

    I did this 3 times a week and my daughter who had not seen me during thos 3 weeks told be i had lost stomach fat.

      Draga persoana,
      Va multumesc din suflet pentru aprecieri atat de frumoase. Ma bucur ca am reusit sa va impresionez si sa va castig stima si admiratia. Este o onoare sa primesc astfel de cuvinte din partea dvs. si ma motiveaza sa continui sa ma dezvolt si sa ofer ceea ce este mai bun din mine. Va doresc tot binele din lume si sper sa avem ocazia sa ne intalnim si sa schimbam cateva cuvinte. Mii de multumiri pentru tot! 🫶
