    This is awesome! These breathing postures are what really helped me at the start of my Body and Brain practice in 2007. They were challenging in the beginning but over time, I really felt deep release and relaxation. I am serious when I say that after just 2 weeks, I was able to touch my toes. That IS A HUGE feat for me! It's the beginning of the many more changes for the better! Thank you for creating this visual. I use the audio CD but this video helps heaps.
