Never imagined that these videos would be the start of a multi million dollar business. ANYBODY can do it and I want to show you how in my Free 1 Hour Training: lostcreatoracademy.com/freetraining
I did S-21 and The Killing Fields back to back in one day, and it was honestly one of the most emotionally draining 12 or so hours of my whole life. The thing that still blows me away about it all is that, like you said, it only happened 35 years ago. It's still so fresh for the people over there. You covered it in a really respectful and informative way though, kudos.
Ye same for me, it effected me more than anywhere I have been and thats why Im so concerned about the new version with crazy Bill Gates and the World economic forum great reset plans.
Thank you Christian! I'm glad you were able to purchase "The Shiney Turkey" at a good price. Thank you for explaining about the S21 prison. As you said "To understand Cambodia you have to understand what happened in the past which was only 35 years ago." Great drone shots! Looking forward to watching your next vlog! Thumbs up!
Sihanoukville is pretty fun! Are you gonna go on the little islands not far? You can swim with plankton that lights up - it's amazing! Also check out the beaches with the squeaky sand, it's just hilarious. Damn, I miss that beach - such a fun city and makes for great vlogs too.
You did well keeping the humor in this one even with the addition of such a sad subject with S21. You had me cracking up for the other 3/4 of the Vlog haha
Definitely one of your best vlogs. I love how you also gace us an insight to the sad history of Cambodia Can't wait to see more of the jungle party. The teaser was so good. And it was so worth it, getting the larger drone. The quality of the shots were simply out of this world Enjoy your time
Christian, you have become such a good Story teller. I honestly enjoy watching the videos you put so much work yours. You guys have outdone yourselves with the quality in content and information. Truly amazing!
Thank you Chris, Ben and Ronny for your amazing vlog and footage. Thank You for showing the sad side of my homeland. My parents lived through that period, this is the reason why today i live in Canada.
I really like that your videos are mix of beeing funny, goofing around, having a good time and also providing some knowledge about the area an it´s history !
I don't know how you managed to vlog S21. I went there a while ago and was almost in tears, It is defiantly worth going but wow what a heartbreaking day.
Your vlogs are amazing man. Barely found your channel about a month ago, and you inspired me to start vlogging. I just ordered a GoPro hero 5. Keep up the good work.
Thank you so much for sharing this. Before watching this and your previous videos about it, I had no idea of the genocide that had happened there in Cambodia. I find it extremely worrying that this is not more well-known and I now feel compelled to visit as soon as possible. Earlier this year I visited the site of Auschwitz in Poland and feel such a strong passion for the importance of learning about and remembering such important but harrowing events in history. I'm so thankful that you use your platform to not only share the positives of travel and culture but to share the negatives and teach of what happened. I will definitely be researching this much more now and hope to visit and learn more.
You're all such inspiration to watch. You guys made me want to start traveling as soon as I leave school and travel around the world. You're all gas and always look on the good side of a bad thing.keep making videos the shots are amazing and also the editing😊
So great that you are not only showing the positive side of Cambodia, even if it is tough to watch. The countries history is what makes it the place it is today so it's great to know more about it. Also, the new drone is legit! We're so jealous :)
I love your channel so much! Your vlogs inspire me every day not to sleep through my whole life but to be present and enjoy every moment of it! I have a small channel and your videos have motivated me to take it to the next level and really focus on building it with passion. Thank you so much for that :)
Way to touch on the ugly past. It makes the beautiful parts of Cambodia even more vibrant! Also, thanks for the tip a few weeks ago about getting free rooms to stay in. Works like a charm!
Unfortunately I'm not able to travel that much. But everytime I come home you give me the opportunity to travel to places I would otherwhise never be able to see. Great work!
Very dark times, my mother still tells me stories about the Khmer Rouge as she was able to escape and immigrate to the US. Super blessed to be a 1st gen American.
I remember listening to the audioguide at S21 - so powerful and emotional - I did that museum and the killing fields back to back, probably one of the most emotional exhausting things i've ever done. Keep it up Christian :)
Nicely put! My parents and most of my uncles/aunts are survivors and like you said the stories are hard to even hear. Again keep up the vloggggs. Im really considering purchasing a drone from Cambodia LOL 😂
Really enjoy the Vlogs. You seem to go through more drones than is socially acceptable! So far resisted the urge to buy one, as I thought it would be an extra thing to carry; went to the whitest beach in the world yesterday though and some bloke had one, my envy was large. I'm now going to be the annoying guy who shares his vlog in your comments. This is my 5th and the 1st one where I've thought it's truly entertaining throughout. If anyone is interested in Sydney/Melbourne road trip please do check it out, plus my others if you enjoy. Keep doing what your doing mate, killing it.
Great vlogs of Cambodia! I like your vlogs with the guys much better. Looks like you all have a lot of fun! Good job! Does the Phantom 4Pro battery last longer than the Mavic?
Thanks for posting the video. You posted on 2/17, the day we left Phnom Penh. We were at the prison a week before you posted this video. How were you able to video inside the prison cells? I thought I remember there were signs forbidding taking pictures or video.
I can't help but notice the light contrast in the vlogs from Cambodia. I have the feeling that his camera has a hard time handling the high and low light contrast and makes the image really bright. Am I the only one who feels that way? Like for instance in the tuk tuk scene where he'd just bought his new drone. Congrats on that btw :)
Nice vlog Christian! I went to read up quite a bit of the Khmer Rouge and Cambodia's past after seeing your vlog. Close to 20% of the population was wiped out by the dictator! Anyway, will you be visiting Singapore soon?
I did both of these back to back, coordinated by the volunteer group I went with, it is very hard, so hard, when we were offered to go back and help guide S-21 with the group I declined. I would say if you are looking to do both in one day, or you only have one day, take some time between the two, do something relaxing, we went to a temple afterward to contemplate. I would say go there or somewhere else like that in between.

Hello can you help my the first part of the drone shot the edit love it. Can you tell my how i do it. I use final cut pro i dont find i how to do it. Thanks
To be honest, I am almost 4 years here in Cambodia and never been to S21 and killing fields. Actually our house is just AT THE BACK of Toul Sleng and were passing it by everyday. It's really hard for me to go in, not that I am scared but it is really a tough history to take in. Truly, after seeing this video there is really BIG BIG realization....therefore I conclude I SHOULD GO TO S21 and KILLING FIELDS...........

Yeah, this is the right way to make a travel video!

Chris, those guys joggling the acrobatic fire apparatus, do some long exposure shots of their movement, it will be magical stuff.

Great vlogs of Cambodia! I like your vlogs with the guys much better. Looks like you all have a lot of fun! Good job!
Does the Phantom 4Pro battery last longer than the Mavic?
how did you film in S-21? There were signs everywhere that indicated "NO FILMING"....
one of your better volgs..looking forward to the drone footage..
Thanks for posting the video. You posted on 2/17, the day we left Phnom Penh. We were at the prison a week before you posted this video. How were you able to video inside the prison cells? I thought I remember there were signs forbidding taking pictures or video.
nice video Christian. How did you do the edit when the drone was going up in the air. That was dope!
I can't help but notice the light contrast in the vlogs from Cambodia. I have the feeling that his camera has a hard time handling the high and low light contrast and makes the image really bright.
