Unveiling Fairness and Self-Identity in Uncertain Times | Lingchen Wang | TEDxSSBS Youth

The talk analyzed in depth the problems of high-pressure test-based education and quality education in the United States, pointing out that there has always been a problem of fairness in education. He believes that in this era of uncertainty, we should gain self-identity from education: while realizing the nature of unfairness in education, we should also realize that our current position is the result of family background, luck and other elements, not just our efforts. Only then will we be able to gain the compassion and empathy to truly feel the world.
