He is weak to lightning so equip lightning materia on your party. Sadly, your party is limited to Barret and Red XIII who mostly do physical damage and he is resistant to physical damage. Use Gotterdamerung or limit booster on Red XIII and the expeditionary medal on Barret along with limit siphon. Build up ATB and do lightning attacks with Barret while keeping Red XIII as the main aggressor to build up his limit break. This may take a couple of tries depending on how well you can play as the two characters but overall it's not too hard.
