Black Garlic was developed in Korea and tastes completely different than the regular variety. It is very sweet, and has been described as tasting like soy sauce or balsamic vinegar. This is excellent for those who do not like the taste or smell of regular garlic, but still want to enjoy the health benefits and nutrients. To learn more about garlic, see our garlic for health playlist.

You should get some or make it on your own. I found it at a local store in Japan, and have been eating it for the past few days. I literally eat 10 to 15 cloves at a time. They are so freaking good.

Black garlic does not contain much allicin when compared to white garlic. If people need allicin they need to use raw garlic.

Actually, during the self fermentation process, Allicin, which is not very stable, converts to the stable and much more potent sulphur compound they mentioned, SAC.

Lol. You can buy Black Garlic maker online or just use the average Rice Cooker, on worm for 1 week to 10 days. I make 1 kg and consume them in a week. I use them as spread on bread (Carb!) and butter and avocado. On noodle or salad.
The trick is to find good local organic garlic, not one from China and European ones with heavy spray with .... 🤔.
Make your own please, don’t buy.
There are lots on RUclips on how to
    make them.

Whatever the real and factual and peer-reviewed researched health benefits of garlic, this video sounds like, comes across as and looks like a lobbyist''s promotional video. It comes across as lacking credibility.
