Hi there everyone. Processed carbohydrates and refined sugars are the leading causes of obesity, blood sugar issues and sickness in the human body. In this video, I've highlighted some of the most common signs that you're eating too much sugar, or processed carbohydrates/starches in your diet. If you're experiencing these issues, you may find that simply cutting out these foods and replacing them with meats, fish, eggs and steamed veggies and berries changes your whole life, and your ability to ENJOY your life. Over the years I once consumed crazy amounts of carbs in an average day, but as soon as I cut back and started eating whole foods, my entire life changed. I can think clearer, I feel more energetic, I sleep better and the list goes on and on. I sincerely hope this video motivates you to make the shift and get off the sugar! 💚
All carbohydrates are just groups of sugar molecules. There is no reason to try to distinguish between carbs from fruits, vegetables, or refined foods → it's all the same after you digest it. You can create severe health problems by overeating sugar from "whole foods" like vegetables and fruits. The source of the carbs is irrelevant. All that matters is whether or not your total carbohydrate intake for the day is too high or not. The more you remove sugar (any carb) from your diet, the more healthy benefits you will experience. In general, staying under 20g carbs per day will result in the reversal of metabolic syndrome, or the prevention of metabolic health problems. Don't get distracted by what kind of carbs you are eating → just focus on staying under 20g carbs per day.
@@Hertz2laugh Actually vegetables and fruits contain phytonutrients that help to buffer sugars. Whilst I agree there's no harm in cutting them out completely, especially if you have a broken metabolism... It's not always necessary. Particularly vegetables, which the soluble fiber gets fermented in the gut, forming numerous healing compounds and neurotransmitters, B-vitamins etc.. So there is a need to distinguish between them, because not all carbs are created equally. Refined carbohydrates spike blood sugars much higher and cause a lot more damage, in comparison to a cup of raspberries where you are getting antioxidants in large quantities and soluble fiber. 💚
Thanks for the sage advice.Apart from the healthy eating that you outlined to control blood sugar,I also think keeping your weight down by exercising is also beneficial to overall health.I am 61 now and for over 30 years I gave up sweets and chocolates.I have an occasional biscuit with my tea.My weight has remained constant over the years.

Skin tags, acid reflux, headaches, vascular issues such as CVD, ED, and spider veins, brown spots, HBP, autoimmune disorders, mental issues, such as depression, anxiety, and even bipolar and schizophrenia are now being treated with a ketogenic diet (at least, in part). ALL chronic disease is linked to poor metabolic health/insulin resistance and the resulting inflammation. Many have reversed all symptoms of whatever they were having problems with by eating fewer carbs less often. And, even if not fully reversed, they can be improved greatly.
Trying to have a healthy diet is the best way, however these days it’s very expensive to buy quality foods ingredients. Thank you for your great information ❤

Thank you this information brings up a lot of personal issues trying to adapt to high carb low fat diets… but also low carb. Too little carbs also give me heart palpitations, poor sleep and loss of electrolytes with excessive urination. Even tried carnivore with all the hacks. My body seems so messed up : /
I don't know the doctors told my daughter who is 28 to do the keto diet and within 2 to 3 weeks she was extremely sick with pancreatitis from doing the keto diet it seems it's impossible for my daughter to lose weight and it's horrible even when she starves herself he does not lose weight being 5'1 any weight is very noticeable God bless
Absolutely. When you consume lots of sugar it can deplete your electrolytes and cause palpitations. High blood sugar also causes sodium retension, which raises the blood pressure and affects the heart as well. 💚
I had most, if not all of these symptoms. Until just a few weeks ago, I was addicted to Pepsi and sugary snacks. I was crashing during the day and feeling terrible as soon as I woke up. Tried to start diets many, many, MANY times over the past ten years, but I hadn’t had very much success cutting out my addictions completely. In the past two years I’ve also been suffering from pretty severe gout flares. The thing that really changed this time is my doctor started me on Phentermine, and within the day my sugar cravings almost completely disappeared. I’m eating oatmeal for breakfast, plenty of water, and taking glucomannan fiber supplements. I get some protein from chicken, beans, and peanut butter, and a bit of sugar from fresh fruits. If you are having a similar problem, I highly recommend seeing your doctor about trying it. My first dose was like flipping a light switch and suddenly being flooded with the willpower and energy to make these changes. My mood has turned 180 degrees, I’m up all day doing the household chores I’d been letting pile up, I’m actually looking forward to working out and focusing on it, and I’ve not bought anything sweet on impulse for the past two weeks. 10 pounds down, just another 80 to go. 🤞
I lost a bunch of weight like 35 lb on Phentermine within like 3 & half months however I have been on it for like 6 months and I literally became immune to it 37.5 mg after the 5th month it just completely stopped working at all don't get energy from it or anything anymore I'm hungry on it all the time now the weight comes off very fast it comes back on even faster than it goes off that's for sure always I would like to find something that really works longer than 3 to 4 months then it is like the medication completely goes backwards I don't even notice I'm taking it at all anymore God bless
I’ve actually gone Carnivore, only recently to see if it helps my osteoarthritis, some health experts believe that osteoarthritis is an autoimmune disorder, rather than a wear and tear disorder.
If you want to gain some fat eat some complex carbohydrates like bananas, perhaps a few potatoes. I would stay away from processed carbohydrates however. Alternatively eat more eggs and fish. These will build muscle.

Palpitations. I didn’t know sugar and carbs effect the heart I always thought it effects only the blood because sodium is the major culprit.
Absolutely. When you consume lots of sugar it can deplete your electrolytes and cause palpitations. High blood sugar also causes sodium retension, which raises the blood pressure and affects the heart as well. 💚
@@RyanTaylorNaturalRemediesthank you for your information. I’ll keep that in mind.
Think u mate
Duh… I just pulled a bag of jelly outta my bag… and this popped up 😅
super
What if you have diverticulitis?
A carnivore approach for 3 months with zero carbs at all can really help to heal the gut. 💚
Everything has sugar,,almost everything🥴🌀jesus return is near be prepared😋
Not everything. But we are talking about refined foods which cause blood sugar spikes. Starch in particular 💚
Eat all the sugar you want and see how you feel😘
Not all sugars are equal. Quality, type and quantity are important.
@@jennygibbons1258… sugar is sugar at the end of the day.

That's a good approach, I do believe that it is an autoimmune disorder related to leaky gut syndrome as well.
Eating a diet high in meat(e.g. red meat, processed meat) cause inflammation in the body too.
@@daw7773I get gout from eating to much meat.
@@michaeltobin3547 Exactly 👍
@@daw7773 red meat does not cause inflammation, quite the opposite, you need to do some research and educate yourself.
Just a square or two of dark chocolate is healthy and will quench your sugar cravings for the day.
I recommend going for a sugar free dark chocolate, and your good to go. 💚
I’m extremely underweight and the doctor wants me to gain weight. Should I still not eat carbs? I want to feel good, be healthy and gain weight.
If you want to gain some fat eat some complex carbohydrates like bananas, perhaps a few potatoes. I would stay away from processed carbohydrates however. Alternatively eat more eggs and fish. These will build muscle.
My first sign is when my CGM goes cray cray.
Bro , is there a way to Kill Chicken Pox Virus, Missed taking Vaccine now Suffering. Have gone through shingles also. 🙂🙂 Thanks. 🙏🙏.
Try taking antiviral supplements like grapefruit seeds extract, oil of oregano, Artemisia to name a few. Best regards
Carnivore diet,start off on keto.
Can't eat eggs so then?
I experience #9. What about Musli is that okay
Sorry to inform you, but it's full of sugar 💚
@@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies not surprised, everything we eat has sugar. The German Musli says 6% sugar on the package, no added.
@@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies 6 g not 6 % as I previously mentioned on the German musli
@@andrewthacker114 The carbohydrates themselves in the cereal quickly turn into blood sugar. So best to read the carbohydrates on the label instead for a better reading. 💚
Right!! Except vegetables cooked raw.
How do you eat vegetables cooked raw? 😊
Good Video. If my wife would just listen. My wife atleast have 8 of the signs.
What about if you have none of those symptoms???
The tips can still apply for a healthy lifestyle, but that's a positive sign. 💚
