As someone who was at the Mike White game against the Bengals, it was insanity. The stadium was probably half-empty, but it was rocking anyways. We broke out into at least 10 Mike White chants.
I was at that game where Mike white played the bears literally every fan in the stadium was chanting Mike white and people were shouting “We got a quarterback!” One of the best experiences in my life

So glad I found your vid. Long time Jet fan here and I feel the same way Mike White = HOPE! I was utterly crushed when he got hurt in the Bills game and Warrior that he is that didn't stop him. The Jets should have started him from the get go and we would be in the playoffs right now. In all my years of Jets torture I have never seen a QB take NY by storm like this. He is tough smart and its clear his teammates love him. The Jets need to WAKE UP and make sure they keep him. B/c trust me you know Bellechick is out there and Tampa and Miami are both going to be in the market for new QB's and Mike is a Florida guy who has proven he can play in this league.
Mike White is better than Zach Wilson. He's NOT better than most NFL starting quarterbacks. And he's DEFINITELY not the number one overall pick he thinks he is. (And yes, he did say "If you ask me, I should have been a first overall pick.")

Watching Mike White come in and put the team on his back, or rather see this team to a greater potential, has been nothing short of amazing. I loved the Jets defense for 3 of the 4 months this season, but they gotta get the QB position handled. They’ve been trying to develop a home grown QB since Chad Pennington and it just has not worked. One season of Farve was cool, two seasons of Fitz-magic was ok. Bring in a Jimmy G or Lamar Jackson and end this misery!!!

I think I was a freshman in highschool the last time I saw the jets in the playoffs. Mike White did not give me hope honestly. This team needs a proven veteran QB but I will say this team finally gave me a bit of hope toward maybe seeing a playoff game again.
That's what I like. No need for deep balls to make the QB look good when you can throw short and let your receivers run wild. That's why Brock Purdy was so good this year. He got the ball of short and let people like Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk work their magic.
