Thank you! No one ever taught me how to do clean up and on some small projects I feel like it needed it, so thank you! Maybe I can get back to those little projects and finish them :)

Excellent video, Alex ! Well done ! There are not enough video tutorials that cover the clean-up process as thoroughly as you have done here. I am going to share this as much as I can. I notice that as of today (Sept. 8 , 2021) only 527 views ! This video should be viewed much more .

My toonboom subscription expires next month so it's time to move back to TVpaint. I always struggled to do a crisp clean up with it, so this is really useful

Thank you for this tutorial! I did not know the tip about unchecking the boxes on a layer to make sure it doesn't make any new instances. That's so useful to know :o Great video!

Thank you for the informative tutorial . This is very useful for a beginner. Do I understand you to say for the clean line drawings you are drawing at a rate of one drawing every 20 minutes or thereabouts ? (I think you also mention the clean line artists on 'Klaus' were making 14 drawings a day). Do you have any advice for increasing speed of clean line drawing , or is it just a matter of repetition , to practice more ? I struggle to make a detailed clean line drawing in 20 minutes ... more often it is almost twice that amount of time.

My pleasure, I'm so glad this tutorial can be useful ! A clean up usually takes 20mn in this case, but sometimes it might take longer depending on the character and it's complexity. I honestly have no tips to increasing your speed, it's long, and tedious. Just take your time ! :)
