Wow! Did you ever hit a home run with this video. Social acceptance and popularity are two of the most critical elements in a teen's life. I remember clearly at 17 years of age a terrific lack of self-confidence as I began my first college year in California. I studdered and had lost two of my front teeth playing ball in high school. I was accepted without reservation or comment by those in my freshman class simply for who I was and not for how I looked or sounded. I have never ever forgotten that transforming lesson!
I am now convinced what I always suspected: If someone has ANY setback, handicap,fault,etc. - He/she will have something extraordinary quality developed to compensate...Provided he/she deals with life as life has to be faced: with strength and vigor. With smarts and humor. BTW Isabelle is not the first and -by far - not the only person among my friends who taught me this.

When the boys grow into men, believe me, you will have your pick of suitors. As a young teenager, I was very mature for my age, and had I met a girl as lovely as you with as much personality as you've got, I would have done everything within my power to win your affection. The right young boy, or man, is just around the corner for you, Isabelle. You can just count on it.
