I love that spot! Limit out on mangroves there almost every trip. They weren't there when I went last month, but good to know they are still there. I've been spooled a couple of times by some monsters there!

We always like to hit little pools at the point near there too. I’ve been snorkeling to understand the structure and then catching some fat mangroves.

Take 32oz gatorade bottle full of water and freeze it overnight. Put in your bait cooler and bait will stay alive a lot longer

I usually do that, and halfway to spot I realized I left frozen bottle in the freezer. 🤬

Finally made it to the emerald coast a couple weeks ago. Stayed by Crystal beach, but visited that spot Thursday after Labor Day.
Had a blast and reeled in fish on every outing.

You may have answered my question of where I'm going to fish next. I'm debating between the jetty & Navarre Beach national seashore.
I'll probably do both but seeing you land nice fish there, it does make the choice a little more difficult.
