Just got back from our trip last night (7/1/23). Stayed at Boardwalk for 3 nights and we were very impressed with the room, the resort and all the activities. The boardwalk was such a hopping place at night. We had a 1 bedroom DVC villa rented through DVC Rental and it was such an awesome room. For us the room was very fresh and clean, so I'm excited to see what the refurb will bring. Thanks for your videos -- you provide such great info.

We noticed pretty much the same thing when we stayed in AKL, although they had an actual fridge the room is well loved. Haha. We really hope to stay at the Boardwalk someday!
Just watching the part about comic rewind, so I was able to book a virtual queue for Cosmic Rewind in my room at Poly, I had already gone to Epcot that day, but I wasn't in epcot and was able to book it. So if you go back for nap you still may able to book it.
Do you still use Davids vacation rentals? I have never rented DVC points, I watched one of your older videos before this one which you had used Davids for. What's your opinion on both please :)
Unless I see an incredible deal for a confirmed reservation with David’s, I use DVC Rental Store ☺️ Both are great! The main differences are that with David’s you must pay in full up front, with Rental Store, you pay 25% up front or have the option to pay monthly. David’s also has no cancellation policy, Rental Store offers a credit if you need to cancel.
Your videos have been very helpful in understanding more about the DVC and renting points. The rental store link you provided is very intuitive and easy to follow, but I was wondering: After or during the application to rent is there a way to add preferences? I ask because I imagine multiple people might be renting their rooms at a deluxe resort at the same time, and perhaps one of them is closer to the lobby than another, as an example.

@@TritonPlz the DVC point chart does not change whether you book 11 months out, or 1 month out. You can book existing confirmed reservations though! Those prices will drop the closer you get.
I want to rent points at the Boardwalk but only if they get rid of the pull out sofa. Extremely uncomfortable. I hope they do the Murphy bed like at Saratoga. Got any insider info on that Bekah?😊
I’ve never visited the Boardwalk area! I have an upcoming trip in August and am staying at Caribbean Beach and planned to have a casual evening at the BW. Would you say there’s enough evening entertainment for a 2 year old + 3 adults? Thanks!!
Side note - how does it work to make a park reservation when you have an annual pass? I literally couldn’t figure that out and I’m going in December for the first time as an annual passholder.

We love love love the Boardwalk! Stayed in a Studio there three different trips now, and would stay again in a heartbeat!
Perfect day! Yes, it's nice to be at BW or BC and not have the Skyliner line, but arriving at Epcot via the Skyliner is a truly special experience.
Love the EPCOT resort area and the wine bar in France is almost always my first stop!

Yes! You can submit specific room requests to DVC rental store, and they will have the owner submit that request on your behalf ☺️

Absolutely! The live entertainment is always fun with little ones. There’s ice cream, and movies in the green lawn area too ☺️
I think you need to put the table down so that the bed can open.

You can book as far as 11 months out, but you can also find some great last minute deals!

There’s a separate spot for APs. When you click make a park reservation it’ll ask if youre an AP and it’ll take you to the AP reservations

Boardwalk is so over rated location the only pro of this resort
I totally get that opinion. Everyone has different priorities with choosing a resort.
