There is a subtitle that says "hold the key of hope" at the part you were asking why they didn't add subtitles. It shows up when Sihyeon starts her part but it was only on the screen for a second, easy to miss.
Agreed on all points about Onda. I also thought that she was the weakest member charisma wise in their first title tracks but boy oh boy has she been really grabbing each second of screentime as if she were hungry for it. Her progress was amazing and she really elevated the energy in this already very energetic song! I also love that they went with a boygroup type choreo. Give my girls those ambitious choreos!!!
ive put my life on hold the past 2 weeks to wait for this reaction. My bank account has dwindled, my friends have left me, my future son/daughter has not been made still, my room has cobwebs....but its finally here.

I agree with you about Onda. Although I feel like she also hadn't really been given the chance to really show us what she had in store for us in the past. Because I noticed her strong facial expressions already in Adios but only when I watched her solo fancams of it. So idk. She definitely improved SO much and there is a big difference now compared to previous performances. But if you look at Dun Dun, you barely saw her in the video let alone hear her sing, so how would you even notice her? Imo there's a lot of factors that come together on this topic. But fact is - Onda absolutely killed it in this comeback.
It's an injustice that they didn't get any win for LA DI DA... imo that is one of the top GG songs of all time. Fcking incredible, I have listened to it like 49398 times
@@AlM22 La Di Da was incredible. So was Dun Dun.... neither got wins. Partially I think it’s because of the anti Chinese culture that is going on in KPop and Korea. Onda has always caught my attention so when I first saw her getting a dance break I felt so happy for her 😭
everglow has 0 bad songs
I’m a sucker for movie music scores so the intro already got me hooked since like what you said- *it sounded like an epic war theme in an epic movie I’m living for it* 😭🔥
I still can’t believe that Everglow manages to one up every comeback!! Plus Onda Center dance break!!!!!
LA DI DA: best song, best music, best singing
FIRST: best music video, best choreography, best performance, best rap
9:04 & 25:45 !! I agree so much!! Sihyeon’s part in the chorus sounds like you’re fighting the last battle but everyone, you and your comrades are beaten up and injured and yet you still get up not ready to give up- that part always lowkey makes me teary eyed for some reason😂
this was the song that got me in everglow, I love first it has a special place in my heart
Been waiting for the reaction so loooooong!!!!!!
Actually one of the writer/producer made his debut through this song. ✨Iconic✨
Damn😳
THANK YOU for Recognizing ONDA's Performance in the M/V!!!!!!!
I've accepted the fact that she will usually be regulated to the fewest lines, but MAN she TOTALLY OWNED her performance in this M/V!!!!!!!
*One of my favorite comebacks - the concept, the choreography, the song, the MV boosted with their stage presence and charisma on stage. They'll become big in the future*
actually it was their second win but yes very deserved!
But fact is - Onda absolutely killed it in this comeback.
oh my god did PD just said that they are going to have a reaction collab with Jordan? WOW SO EXCITED TO SEE MY 2 FAVORITE KPOP REACTORS IN ONE VID!!
23:32 YASSS 100% agree on that she even wrote her own rap for I think moon, she has so much potential but her company just doesn’t want her to show it
Adios was their first win. They just had the first win for First.
Anything from a foreign country immediately gets rejected by most fans (even westerners) as subpar because of it. Netzins only make it worse. Even if it’s a bunch of BS. The good news is La Di Da beat most of them in overall ranking by music critics, so it was recognized by some atleast.
@@AlM22 ikr i swear la di da took over the world for a few weeks. theres so many iconic kpop songs that didnt get a win like move by taemin, roller coaster by chungha and shine by pentagon its crazy
HOLY FU- Jordan and PD collab??? I’m not ready
I just love pd’s reaction on the thumbnail. XD
Onda really stood out to me too. I wish she had more screen time and lines just because she had so much charisma and energy every time she came on the screen.
She ate this MV up!
Everglow giving ALL the boy groups a run for their money with this comeback!!!! THEY! DID! THAT! AND THEY WENT HARD AND NASTY AF! IM SO INLOVE WITH HOW RAW THEY WERE IN THIS WITH THE CHOREO!!!!
This is the comeback that made me stan Everglow and made me bias Onda! That dance break at the end was so freaking good!
OHMYGOD PLEASE DO COLLABORATE WITH JORDAN PD, PLEASEEEE! I would really love to see you two mixing your ideas and knowledge together ❤️
I fuckin lovee Onda on this MV she really glows specially the final part of the song, she has such a fierce performance. The choreo is amazing, for me this is the best Everglow's song.
This was the most satisfying reaction/review ever
About your opinion on Onda, they said it the best themselves: "The last will be first"
Everyone: This song slaps!
PD: It could be the tide... 😂
Everybody was awesome, but Onda DESTROYED this comeback.
Glad someone else FINALLY noticed! :-)
I'm loving the "mnet cameramen on steroids" aesthetic 😂😂
23:20 E:U's rap
25:32 heroic melody
26:43 "Grab the key of hope"
28:43 Onda
32:19 they topped themselves every time
I didn’t really pay much attention to Onda before but after this MV I’m kinda obsessed with her and what she will do going forward. Ofc all of Everglow as I well.
PD IS GONNA LOVE THIS IM JUST SO SURE OF IT AHH I CAN’T WAIT🔥
#EARLYSQUAD
18:22 "the way she just jesus'd into the ground right there" LMFAOOOO
nope ! they got their second win with “First” ! they got their first win with Adios
What?? La di da didn't get any wins ??
@@dommm5617 ikr 😀
Well...
The win that Everglow got for Adios was supposed to go to Dreamcatcher for Deja Vu but The Show rigged and changed the scores, which made Dreamcatcher have a lower score than what they were supposed to have. Everglow still got to keep their win for Adios.
@@kvl8492 While I agree, I think the win could've gone to either group. Both of them are in my Top 5 favorites^^ They rule^^
IM SO HERE FOR MY GIRLIE GETTING THE SHINE SHE DESERVES. THE ONDA APPRECIATION IS WHAT IM HERE FOR
Everglow's first win was with Adios
But it's the second and it says a lot
@@Reinnah14 I thought the calculation was going to say Dreamcatcher, just because when the explanation of how the points were calculated should've made it so Dreamcatcher would've won with or without " Expert preferences " But instead I think it was given to Everglow. What do you mean that they had to give back the trophy? Where can I find this info?
@@Reinnah14 They never gave back the trophy. Fans said it was a miscalculation but it was never proven officially as such. It remains Everglow's win
THEY NEVER HAD TO GIVE THE TROPHY BACK. And the miscalculation was NEVER confirmed. Stop lying and spreading unofficial information. This is their 2nd win and I am so proud of them
@@jaesan8083 Exactly! The miscalculation was never confirmed so a win is a win, end of topic.
Let's gooo
Great! Everglow and Dreamcatcher are on the top of the food chain right now. Cinematic MVs is the thing. Like I said girl groups are much better than boy groups today. Much more creative, talented, the can dance in the same level and obviously more visual. And today the girls sing as Goddesses.
30:58 THANK YOU!!! I’m so glad you’re appreciating Onda, we can’t keep over looking her! She’s shown potential and they finally gave her SOMETHING which was the center for the dance break! 💕
Absolutely didn’t think everglow would ever top la di da but they proved me wrong so badly
the demon possessing choi san decided to posses onda as well in this comeback😂
Onda is my bias and SHE DESERVES ALL THE LOVE 😭
This song won BEST MUSIC VIDEO AWARD in a Korea awards show, AS IT SHOULD!!!!!!!! EVERYTHING SLAPS 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👑👑👑
EU and Onda are my biases in Everglow. :) Onda seems to have a lot of potential, but she doesn't get the chance. I think she's amazing.
There's so much I can say about this. The MV, camera, Aisha and EU etc but...
Onda fucking killed it. So did Everglow. Again.
