How awesome! I don't write sermons, but I take a lot of notes for my Bible study and Bible Group. I think it would also work great in my Bible Group for topical study 👍🙏
Thank you for being a TCR advocate! Bible study really "clicked" when I got my first NKJV TCR around 10+ years ago. I had an old Kirkbride bonded leather edition and it fell apart quick. I didnt like the NIV format so i stopped using it for a while. I'm so glad Zondervan acquired the rights to the TCR as their update has improved the readability so much! From the new font, to the pops of color and just the overall layout of the Bible. I'm hoping that Zondervan will continue to make the TCR for years to come, if they ever discontinue you I will have to load up on a few other copies to last me until I die haha.
I'm going to buy one just to support you. I take lots of sermon notes, and I normally use a standard spiral bound notebook. This is much more organized, and tying it with the TCR will take my notes to a much higher level. I'm looking forward to your tutorial video. :)
Amazing. Grabbing one this weekend along with a Thompson chain hardcover. Great job Randy, I love it. I already used up 95% of my space in my Cambridge WM I picked up on your recommendation 2 yrs ago, so this will come in handy
I bought a nice KJV TCR premier collection based on your review and I got a good deal for the digital notes as well on olive tree. I’m still learning how to operate it. I’m more used to studying using my strings concordance or a commentary type bible so it’s Different for sure. Look forward to buying this.
Can't wait till you do a video showing how to use it. I have the NKJV TCR and this would be great. I want to buy it and begins writing sermons to be prepared for anything.
I’m not a preacher but I do have a TCR NKJV. Just got it for my anniversary. I love it. I just purchased the TCR outline book. Maybe I can use it someday or pass it on to a preacher. Ha!
Hey good morning randy Just wondering if you were gonna make that next video on how you actually set up and use the chain reference sermon notebook with the Thompson bible? Thank you Bill
It's the Zondervan KJV in calfskin. You can see details of that one in my review: biblebuyingguide.com/kjv-comfort-print-thompson-chain-reference-bible-review-part-2-cover-and-size-comparisons/
