Imagine having Lockyer on your bench. Slater gets hurt, no problem. Lewis gets hurt, no worries. You won’t lose anything if Locky comes on the field!
The fact that Folau, Cronk, Thaiaday etc aren’t even mentioned speaks to depth of talent within the Queensland system

I wont lie i wasn't convinced with the Qld team coming into the decider. Seeing that Nsw team I swear we had no chance but what we saw from Qld Players they showed pride passion and heart.

@@that682kid.C we was so unlucky to lose last year otherwise it would be 4 years in a row now but I trust the youths coming up to keep the record going now because they were the ones who suffered those 8 years

Lockyer would be in my starting 13 he was a game changer. I don't know why Cameron smith gets labelled as the goat for me lockyer was better.

@@sammymagele5738 what’s potential got to do with anything? Bowen’s not even close. cooper couldn’t even make the starting team when Lockyer was playing. This list is about the best ever, not just guys who have potential.
@@deevita7459 gagais got what it takes to be the best, matt bowen is one of the fastest nrl players to live, Coopers kicks are point on like who made that perfect kick in game 2 in 2017 and plus gagai is tied up with Greg Inglis to score the most state of origin tries in one game so what u saying now
@@sammymagele5738 cooper couldn’t even make the starting line up until Lockyer retired or when Thurston got injured. And he played at 13. Matt Bowen will never be remembered as the top fullback for qld, not even top 3. Gagai still isn’t better than anyone in this team. If you said you would pick them than that’s ok, but your saying they should be picked. And that’s why I said no.

Beetson/Gillmeister/Vautin . Great players in their era but that era is long gone. Langer on the bench. It’s just not a serious team.
