See, these types of comments are what happens when people live in an exclusively conservative echo chamber - they end up making public fools of themselves. So first of all, Freedom of Speech is NOT an absolute right in the USA! There are SEVERAL limits to Freedom of Speech, one of which is that criminal defendants are NOT allowed to publicly impugn the reputation of the jury during their criminal trials. This rule applies to EVERY SINGLE American citizen standing trial as a criminal defendant!! Donald Trump does NOT get to make his own rules and he certainly does NOT get to flout the law without consequences. If you or I were criminal defendants and said what he did about the jury, we'd be sitting in jail right now for contempt. Trump has been given more changes and leeway than any single American citizen living or dead, yet he continues to complain that he's the subject of a witch hunt. NO! He's simply being made to bear the CONSEQUENCES of his actions, just like everyone else!

That's Robbie's fault. What specific threat did Trump make? State the alleged threat and stick to that. There's obviously no actual threat being made.
And Trump has a right to complain about the trial process. If the judge wasn't facilitating bogus criminal charges, he wouldn't be trying to shut Trump up. Prosecutors usually want defendants to talk as much as possible without a lawyer present.

A court using a gag order to prohibit a defendant in criminal case, who is facing prison time, from opining on the fairness of jury selection or the trial is not common in any state or federal court. If Robby gave Bri a hypothetical where a pro-Palestinian protester who was being prosecuted for disorderly conduct and trespass was fined for violating a gag order that to prohibit them from commenting on the fairness of the charges, jury or trial, then I suspect Bri’s position would be entirely different. Gag orders should to prevent a defendant from threatening or inciting violence is not the same as a gag order that prevents someone from complaining about fairness.
