So true! It doesn't take much to feel the benefits of yoga. As you said a regular/consistent practice, even just doing short classes like this excellent one, is all it takes. My everyday yoga commitment has faltered this year with a new work assignment. I m hoping this shorter practice will get me back on track. I d love to see a 90 day of these shorter classes as well!
