When I listen to this, I go back to my childhood to this one moment. It is warm summer afternoon, school just ended. I climb on a tree near forrest where I have a hidden spot for playing. It is comfortable to lay there. I look up at the blue sky visible through the leaves and watch them shimering in the sunlight and listen to the sound they make in the soft warm breeze. I also hear church bells in a distance, birds chirping and grasshoppers in the fields. I lay there for a long while. Somehow this is the one moment in my life I remember as being truly alive, calm and in peace, without any worry, need or pain. Like a heaven.
I used to do the same thing during the winter time in the swamp that was in my backyard. The winter was a dry time so the little waterways would dry up and basically turn into these little trails you could follow. There was an arcing tree I could climb and lay on if I was real still. I’d stay there until my brother would come get me for dinner. Good times

To increase enjoyment, put on a fan while playing this. If you can find a quality candle/essential oil burner with an odor that makes you feel like you are outdoors, that is nice too. I'll do that sometimes when I really need some "outdoors" refreshment and I just can't "get there". I have a few candles that have "campfire" scents and I put them on when I play campfire videos, that works nice. Not everyone can live where they wish to.

i remember once a friend of mine came back to the country after living in the city for a long time and we went for a walk down a trail that we usually would when we were kids, and i remember him saying "wait a sec" and we both went silent... then he sighed and said "i havent heard the sound of the wind blowing through the trees for a long time" and we both stood there and listened, he said "its good to be home" and then we continued on our walk.
I remember sinse i was a small child, when playing outside after school id admire the tree tops with a hint of blue in them, in kentucky. Id feel the breeze around me and the sun would just cover me, somtimes id just lay in the yard and think about nothing but what i was looking at, pretty trees, embracing the mountains and how i felt about them. Didnt know how to explain my feelings then ofcourse but im 20 now and still feel the same way.
I'm from Europe and i understand your feelings because i felt the same when i was a child the Sun heating up my skin in the cold mornings of Spring and the sound of the wind blowing through leaves made me feel good
I was once on like on a little family picnic once, and i just went a little bit out in the forest. So it was like a perfect summer day and i found a good place to lay. And i just looked up and listened to the wind blow on the leaves and i fell in love with the sound. It just gives me such a good feeling inside.

Two people with sleep problems, one listens to nature ASMR, and the other has a sleep playlist for songs. Music, instruments, and unnatural sounds keep you from falling asleep, that's why a fan works better than the sound of a fan through a speaker. The sound of nature through a speaker isn't correct, but the brain is powerful, and can pull similarities. One gets little sleep, while the other gets lots. Thank you for this recording. I have had relentless nights of stress free sleep. Because of you, I don't feel my muscles release from tension when I wake up, instead I am immediately greeted with the feeling of relaxation. Cheers.
She can only stay a moment. For she lives in the mountains, the forests, the deserts, the seas. Some days she is calm. Some days she is strong. And some days she shows her rage. But today she runs her fingers through my hair... and caresses me.

Glad i found this, till now i'm always hearing this with headphones on and lock myself in my room while my family had some "thing" to settle. I'm not even kidding: this video has become an important part of my life. I'm so grateful for it! I have loved the sound (and feeling) of a windy forest for as long as I can remember, and I feel like this is more or less as close to the real thing as a video can get.
Let's not forget the shining cameo appearance of the Sun! Partially eclipsed by the somewhat wooden performance of the trees, but her burning energy banishes them to the shadows. She just brightens up the whole thing with her lightness of being. What a star! 🌞
The sun is sunning ☀️ The birds are singing 🕊 The wind blows The water is fresh I just wanna jump in the lake And at the end ending with the shooting stars shining at night 💫 It so peaceful so relaxing 😌 The sky is the limit Dreams come true Just believe in yourself

I remember pitching my tent one early summer night in a field next to trees. It rained so hard and the wind blew through the trees and rocked the tent. I have never slept so deep and secure. A real deep ancient slumber. I don't know, I feel that being outdoors in natures force just centres you. It earth's you. You're reminded you are part of nature.
You know "He" reads are very thoughts, or "our hearts." Prayer simply shows intention, so I rarely do that, anymore. Anyway, the great COVID pandemic is all but gone now. Yet still the Earth is a troubling place with enough Sorrow to fill a lifetime this year. . .
Had a couple hours with my ex (while we were still together) laying by a pond with her head on my chest and in my arms and there were woods near us and you could hear the wind blowing in them and the sky was grey as it was a little on and off sprinkle. Really want to do that again.
God, thank you SO much! I love hiking and mountaineering, but don't always have the time to enjoy nature. I've always wished for a video like this where it's just you, the trees, the sky, and the wind. This is just lovely!
Deciduos forest in the summer time and coniferous forests during winter! I spent New Year's Day riding my dirt bike to the top of a mountain in Colorado that did not have much snow. It was windy and rather cool, but I sat down out of the wind under some scrub oak and pine trees. The sound was strong and beautiful. I could probably have fallen asleep but the wind chill was probably around 20°!! It was a beautiful and solitary day!
I'm an insomniac and recently my medication hasn't been enough. I just put on some nature sounds and it helps me sleep better. Thanks for taking time to make a video of this wonderful sound. I love the sound of wind in trees.
people don’t understand me. My love for nature, how deep it is embedded in me. They think I’m strange or abnormal but I don’t mind. This is what life is about, this is our natural white noise but we seem so lost in our modern society that nature has almost become forgotten, seemingly abandoned, something to be brushed under the rug. Not for me at least, i love what it has to offer and I love these videos they truly help me to sleep. I just hope I’m not alone and that others can relate.
This reminds me of home. We have a large elm tree in the middle of our backyard and a short pepper tree in the corner. The neighbors behind us had like a dozen skinny pepper tree saplings all along the wall, and a giant pine tree. sadly the pine tree fell 3 years ago during a heavy rainstorm. Knocked over the wall and the repair guys said they needed the pepper trees all taken out cause they were too close to the wall to work around. Now its just the elm tree. But the pepper tree saplings are growing back in the neighbor's yard, so there's that
I miss our province. I remember lying on the small hill at the backyard of my grandparents. I used to look up at the skies, entertain myself with thr clouds passing by. Sometimes I close my eyes and recollect my thoughts. It feels soo nostalgic. I miss it so much... I would like to be there after this Pandemic.
This reminds me of my childhood, there is a place like this near my grandma's house. I can almost feel the chill and wind breeze listening to this. Really relaxing! Thank you!
Thank you for this. My neighbors, for some reason, have a TV in their backyard and loudly blare sports every single night during the warmer months. My bedroom is right across from their backyard, so if I want to relax in my room, I can't escape their noise. This video is saving my sanity!
I use this every night to get to sleep. I can't sleep without some sort of white noise, and this is perfect. I play it via Bluetooth from my phone to my Alexa, and it's the perfect ambiance to get to sleep. Thank you so, so much!

Many years ago I parked the car down somewhere the highway, slid my 'trees cassette' into the recorder and started listening. But the trees outside made such a noise that I couldn't hear my cassette. Then I started grinning.

I spent a long time out in the forests when I was a child so the sounds of the woods are deeply nostalgic for me.
i remember once a friend of mine came back to the country after living in the city for a long time and we went for a walk down a trail that we usually would when we were kids, and i remember him saying "wait a sec" and we both went silent... then he sighed and said "i havent heard the sound of the wind blowing through the trees for a long time" and we both stood there and listened, he said "its good to be home" and then we continued on our walk.
I'm from Europe and i understand your feelings because i felt the same when i was a child the Sun heating up my skin in the cold mornings of Spring and the sound of the wind blowing through leaves made me feel good
i love how nature's presence enhances the sense of peace and connection
I was once on like on a little family picnic once, and i just went a little bit out in the forest. So it was like a perfect summer day and i found a good place to lay. And i just looked up and listened to the wind blow on the leaves and i fell in love with the sound. It just gives me such a good feeling inside.
I grew up in Pennsylvania (Lehigh Valley) and today in the big city of Berlin, I wanted to hear the sound of Spring, like when I used to hike there. And my first thought when I started listening to this video was "Oh my god, that's it. That's the sound."
For she lives in the mountains,
the forests, the deserts, the seas.
Some days she is calm.
Some days she is strong.
And some days she shows her rage.
But today she runs her fingers through my hair...
and caresses me.
Your poem, it's beautiful
BEAUTIFUL poem thank you for sharing!!❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼
Wonderful poetry! 10/10
Easy to listen to. The birds aren't overwhelming.
Ive always imagined beautiful tall trees in the wind and myself looking up at them while lying on the forest floor. I play these images in my head whenever I'm tired or feeling down. Ive been wanting to see these trees in real life for ages. And then i found this video! Thank you so much.
Glad i found this, till now i'm always hearing this with headphones on and lock myself in my room while my family had some "thing" to settle. It's just perfect, especially when things getting out of control and the sound of the wind just getting louder. It's like the wind trying to tell you something like "shhh... ignore all the things around you,and hear me instead"
Happy day for me..😊
Good👍🌳

Deep in the meadows
Under the willow
A bed of grass
A soft green pillow
Lay down your head
And close your eyes
And when they open
The sun will rise
Here it's safe
Here it's warm
Here the daisies guard
You from every harm
Here your dreams are sweet
And tomorrow brings them true
Here is the place
Where I love you

The dance of the leaves, they are applauding the wind. The wind makes them cool and healthy. so they are clapping for the wind. Try listening to this with another video at the same time maybe of a light rain video or a light thunderstorm with rain. its cool
For the past year or so, I have fallen asleep listening to this literally every night. Sometimes, I listen to it during the day too (when I do household chores for example).
I just want you to know all these puns gave me a big ol' grin. Thank you!
I couldn't help but leaf a comment, to compliment you for your play-on-words. :)
The sun is sunning ☀️

Coincidentally I stay at a cabin in the woodlands of Pennsylvania and was nostalgic for the peace I feel listening to EXACTLY THIS. It's even the same trees. So happy.
And it is, indeed; Penn's Woods. . .
Thanks for this...I love the wind, I feel it's timeless, I feel the ancients, a connection ❤
The wind and the trees , they alright ... But the conversations in the comments :)))) are insane , logicless ...a perfect communication with non matching words , you are absolutely wonderful . Love for trees love for wind and love for earth energy !
I don’t even like ASMR, the sounds trigger me actually via misophonia but his videos like this one help me through my life to sleep being an insomniac with PTSD. Listening to it since 2016 every night to sleep. It’s heaven to my ears, mind, body and family. Many thanks!

Oh Holy Creator. It's already a long 2021 and we need this video in 1080p. Please hear my prayer.

I grew up in a pretty heavily wooded area that got some intense wind during the spring and fall. This sound is very nostalgic

The best wind video on RUclips. Easily

Turned this on to calm down before an important match, didn't even realise it's by ER. Amazing!
Have watched YT videos regularly for years. This is THE best so far of any kind, and it's not close.
This reminds me of home. We have a large elm tree in the middle of our backyard and a short pepper tree in the corner. The neighbors behind us had like a dozen skinny pepper tree saplings all along the wall, and a giant pine tree.
sadly
the pine tree fell 3 years ago during a heavy rainstorm. Knocked over the wall and the repair guys said they needed the pepper trees all taken out cause they were too close to the wall to work around. Now its just the elm tree. But the pepper tree saplings are growing back in the neighbor's yard, so there's that
Wind sounds calm me even more than rain or waves, thank you for the video!
This calm relaxing sound soothes everything for me.i love the sound of outside trees blowing..Thanks🙏
So relaxing. Reminds me of camping and listening to wind and trees sway while curled up in my sleeping bag. Thank u.

Thank you for this. My neighbors, for some reason, have a TV in their backyard and loudly blare sports every single night during the warmer months. My bedroom is right across from their backyard, so if I want to relax in my room, I can't escape their noise. This video is saving my sanity!
I feel you. Had a neighbor and son who would come home drunk at 2am banging stuff making noise etc.
