    I believe I am getting a ton of build up on the back catalytic guard. How can that be cleaned?

      Clean it then put non aluminum coated tape on it so you can pull it off next time

      @@allwheeler just out of curiosity, if you get your oven stuck in French for example when you go into the settings menu to change it do you have to type "manager" in French? or just in English is fine LOL

    why call this an 'oven' if you can't put raw meat into it, after all that is what an oven is for, other wise tell us what / who this product is designed for, is this just a complex 'toaster oven' to reheat food, or something else?
    I am a 'non-cook' coming to this as a "quick" cook product, like a microwave, which is just a "press and go", and as I can't smell or tell if something is 'done' ( have autism and anosmia [can't smell]) so as part of the "disabled community" am looking at options for cooking by myself, without burning the house down.

      Hi there. These are commercial ovens, not for residential use.
