Hello Michael, most greaseproof or baking paper will work as long as it is only used once and then discarded. Thanks

Hello Dilip, our Merrrychef eikon e3 oven works differently to the eikon e2s/e1s as it does not have impingement power, it is basically a fan assisted oven with low microwave. Having said that, our eikon e3 cooks up to 5x faster than other cooking methods.
However, you can still prepare your breakfast options in the eikon e3 oven at 275°C. Start with the cooked sausage & hash brown only for 1m 30s with 25% Microwave, then as a second stage add in the other cooked ingredients and cook for a further 2 mins with 50% microwave, now this will all depend on the quantity and quality of the ingredients. We would strongly recommend testing to work out the perfect program but this would be a good starting point.
If you need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us via email merrychef.marketing@welbilt.com
      Thanks

At the start: A bacon roll in 30 seconds.
At the end: A bacon roll in 20 seconds.
In reality: A bacon roll that has had previously cooked bacon, reheated in 30 seconds and presented in twice that time.
Yes it’s quick and yes they are a fantastic yet horrendously expensive bit of gear, but how on Earth could you say, film, check and post a video with two different time promises and show the real time being twice as long?
    Crazy stuff.
