I have issues when I do shoulder upright rows. What is a good way to work that out, to try to stretch it out. Not sure if it's rotator or part of my chest pecs.. any advice is helpful... Thanks

It helps you to isolate the lateral heads more and avoids involving the traps (angled). Well JACK is abnormally strong so...

They get worked so much from all the pressing that we do that we don't spend a ton of time working them in accessory work.
