    This channel is so underrated!
    Steve needs to plug this more on his main channel as I was getting annoyed not seeing enough workouts and descriptions on his videos but there literally all here with great detail and instructions. Good timing to I do shoulders tomorrow 👍🏾

    Why in the program this is « Incline Trap 3 Y raise » instead of shrugs ?
