Top dps doesnt matter (to me). So long as the class is able to clear the content thats all I care about. Anyone actually creaming themselves over dps numbers really should go outside.
As someone who has done speed running. Warcraft logs is cancer on WoW. If Blizzard banned all logging ability, WoW would become significantly less toxic overnight.

Blizzard have ideia what they doing in SoD now .....One way to see this is the test that players are asked to do is an Undead Boss and base the paladin's dps on top of that, and even then it is low, imagine in Raids
mages and warlocks are also doing fire dps and i dont think the bosses in mc will have 0 fire res like testwerk.
it was a good test. now we know warriors in classic are king and we can all move on. thank god
Boomkins being penalized for having the "utility" of innervate and brez, both of which have been pretty useless in ph1-3, sums up SOD perfectly. Only priests that are solohealing or parsing needed innervate with shamrage, and brez was seldom used when you could down bosses with a 90% full raid.
The “hybrid tax” should be like 5%ish not huge like it is. Also most classes bring utility now so just even them out

I gave up on sod 2 weeks into phase 3.. idk why the buffs still arent raid wide. Also it feels bad getting invited to raid soley as utility so its fine that high dps have high utility just make the fkn buffs raid wide. Literal monkeys working at blizz.

Cant understand the ppl, that see this facts as something negative or sod bashing.
We need more of this information and transparency to keep the pressure on Blizzard to improve this version and not to destroy it.

blizzard said thay wanted to buff classes up to warriors, instead of nerfing classes, what do they do, they nerf elemental into the ground :O removing Shamanistic rage from leg slot and reduces it to 10% mana, so now Ele shaman dont have any PVE runs on feets and legs, gg! :( dont even get me startet on spells from trainer (going up to lvl 56, nothing for lvl 60) and "Burn" rune nerfed aswell.
You had your phase as ele shaman cry some more. Was terrible gameplay going into pvp vs 3 shamans one shoting the entire team over and over and being unkillable. I don't even know how your class works. But everytime I smacked a shaman for 30% combo they insta healed full

they should just make different classes top dps every phase. gnomeregan before armor nerf was perfect! melees always scale better so caster were better at 4/6 bosses at the start and later on with gear caster were better at like 2 bosses, melees better at 2 and the other 2 it was balanced. thats how it should be, classes who scale better should be lower in dps without gear. if they all are like same or good scaling classes are even higher with dungeon blues then it will always be melees on top and never changes.
What "too much utility" means to Blizzard is just arbitrary. It means you're a caster. Meanwhile, all the new (and better) utility they've added has been given to melee and hunters. There are basically two things they can do at this point, which has been said many times but so far they refuse to do it: Increase mobs' armor in raids, or make int scale better with casters.

everything he says its legit. Melee is always top DPS at 60. they need to change rend or SW buff to get spelldmg and crit and we see
Rogues has nothing to offer except pure dps... we have no buffs, no utilities, nothing. You guys are always crying. I bet u see no mages crying about teleporting, aoe grind, boost farm, free food etc etc..

Solheim, I'm following your videos, 'till now, based on knowledge and self feedback from experiences you made, that was great. These last few videos feel salty and in same direction much less interesting. "Leeching" content from creators and giving personal opinions is way less valuable in terms of content than creating from scratch and all the way much less interesting IMO. Keep doing the good stuff mate, and if Cata or any other version of wow is your thing atm maybe just stick to it. Comenting on something you gave energy to hype down feels strange at the end... Anyway cheers for work done!
No one cares about utility, classes should do similar dps......if boomkin was = to top dps your not going to bring 15 boomkins cause they bring innervates or battle res you bring them because of the damage
Crappy balancing, one of many reasons that I don't want to come back to SoD. There's many other reasons, the world buff meta they've used to balance raiding and classes, is another.
