My only drama story is a guy arguing that me getting 0.1% drop rate mount at second try is not luck, because "do it enough times, and you will get it". When I asked him what he considers "luck" he said "finding money on the street", lol I pointed out that that's literally the same "walk streets enough, and you will find money". Guy pissed himself and brought his friend to defend him, lol I quit the guild the next day and found a better guild.
In my mind, if most of your raid team can't even almost pass an 80% performance check, you can't reasonably expect them to do so in a week. You give them a week and demand relative improvement. Not a singular threshold for everyone. If someone has played the gane at 40% effectiveness for ten years, they aren't going to double that in a week. They may get to 60%, but they aren't getting to 80%.
Lol - my guild runs 1 night a week for 2 hours with a 10 min break. We are just doing normal but we have a blast! I feel like preach would cry, but at least we clear it!
@@thedon181818 It's one of the healthiest guilds I've ever been in. I've been with them for about 5 years and I have no plan on changing that anytime soon. Several of the members have other characters that they do heroic and mythic raids on with other guilds but tuesday night we can always count on us being together. Even this late into the expansion people are still excited to log on and do stuff with their friends.
God damn it. Listening to WoW stories really makes me wanna play. I've tried to quit and play ffxiv instead but its physically hurting to resist now 😅. Guess I gotta go back and try Augvoker now. I'm sure my heroic gear from first their raid will be a decent start.
58:25 i vividly remember joining one classic guild in wow while leveling a rogue, and a few weeks later it suddenly came to light that they had merged with another guild and was using an addon to speak to both at the same time. turns out that if you didn't have this addon, you'd be kicked. /gquit on the spot after asking for confirmation if that was the case
Normal raid guilds are a hive of toxic positivity and low achievers getting offended at the slightest hint of constructive criticism. If people don't want to put in the effort, no amount of trying to help them will make any difference. But you can be sure as heck they'll put all the effort in the world to cause drama if you interrupt their little friendship fest involving wiping for hours on the same boss.
Many chatters saying that author in the second story was wrong, not really though you're just thinking emotionally. The team misconstrued a very inoffensive statement as offense and threw a hissy fit when they could have just asked for a clarification. As for nighthold, yea guess what, if you're not good enough that's gonna be a problem down the line, he even gave them time to practice their own rotation. If you can't complete the content you're gonna have to do something, because the alternative is just failing and eventually giving up. People who are saying he was being elitist are just wrong. This is yet another example of toxic positivity, people thinking emotionally instead of rationally. What he should have done though is to continue the raid but find new people. Or just leave and find a new guild honestly.
Author of second story: I have no idea why the other team was so mad, I did nothing wrong. Also Author: Doesn't show any empathy, understanding or respect to another person they mention in their own story.
honestly, sounds like mom killed the guild. he tried to say no.
I did try to warn her

Brofist to you
2nd story really has all the hallmarks of midcore MMO doofus antics. Love it
Now that my stories been read I can die peacefully, hopefully not 5 times this time
Ngl your story sounds like you are Hella toxic and most of the splits sound like it's your fault. Even with writer Bias you sound guilty af lol
26:05 i wish stuff like “please raid lead my shitty 3/13 WoW guild” was the kind of thing _my_ mom pulled the “Mom Card” on me for 😔
As a northeastern member of team freedom the 2nd story is why I like it up here and have no desire to go to Texas lol
Romanian food is GOATed honestly, and you absolutely should visit :)
great story bro
Aaaaah yess Another Drama Day!

Sounds like you're having a great time

Fantastic Story 😅
"Dante wrote about this" hahaha
pretty sure two 3 hour raid sessions is the norm for progression, i think youre the boomer here mike
I finally see my name in one, and it's a typo. Awesome 🤣
This is one spicy title, settling in for the mess
listened to drama time as i took a nap yesterday and had a dream about preach 😂 dont remember much but we talked about WoW
I was thinking that, and I think my conclusion was "Nah, I'd rather she keep playing Zuma" 😂
I hope this is about The Old Gods
LMFAO
I don’t raid at all. Thank god blizzard lets you gear through pvp now. I definitely wouldn’t raid more than 2 sessions of 3 hours a week

No shade, maybe they don't mind, but I would be absolutely crushed if my dad didn't wanna play more video games with me. Mine never did.
Visit Romania, Mike! 😁

BBQ is mid at best. I agree.
1:19:30 oh holy shit this is bringing back cringe memories of being 13 and doing the same shit on msn messenger.
mom cooked @ 25:40
classic abusive parent jfc
For real. What kind of mother uses withholding food as a punishment?
It would be nice to have an Audio Only version of drama not stuck on a Streaming platform
What exactly do you mean by this? Its definitely posted more then enough places!
@@LunarrMyst I mean a Non Video version, Availiable without a subscription. Or more Precise: An RSS_Feed
@@SFfan112 i listen to drama time 99% of the time using a podcast app on my phone. It's out there.
@@SFfan112 It's posted on spotify for sure, and potentially apple podcasts as well. Has been for a while now!
Texas version of BBQ is indeed mid. I've been here for 3 years and they just don't do any southern food right.
Wait where did Preach eat BBQ here in TX? The location is important.
HAVE YOU SEEN THAT TURTLEWOW is doing a 4k revamp of the vanilla wow? ITS AWESOME LOOKING! like, they are bringing it into unreal engin 5
Doesn't like BBQ?!?!?!?!
Barbecue isn’t exciting??? Can we revolt against this man??
No, Author did not turn 1 cesspool guild into 5, their mom did.
i weep for the future of WOW
Guilty
Who the fuck recruited rl’s ????
