I’m so excited for Splatoon 3! I can’t wait to play it! I was on team rock on the splatfest world premiere, and we actually won! I can’t wait to see what the game holds this time around.
Probably one of the unique things/details I like about (general) splatoon, is how (in game) they show the stages and props for the splafest getting built overtime till the actual splatfest.
I really love the more heavily pronounced percussion in this remix, gives the festival aesthetic a bigger oomph. I do realize that the song does lose some of it’s original aesthetic replacing the Inkling vocals with a more synthesized sound, but the addition of an extended break section after the second loop is very well done. Big Man’s short section in between Shiver’s and Frye’s solo sections could’ve used some more power to make it stand out, but besides that, I love this remix. This kind of song is very different from what I think you’re used to, so adapting it to your style may have been difficult. Nevertheless, I look forward to your future Splatoon 3 and Genshin Impact remixes!

I wish the Brazilian style whistle blowing was more pronounced, but same, the percussion really makes you stomp hard and dance it out
