I wonder if there was a year in this colorful & dark Splatooniverse where Deep Cut just completely screwed up where Shiver dressed for one Splafest, Frye Dressed for one, Big Man Adapted his look for another one, but, when they turned on the Jukebox on Day 2, it was the music for the one they were SUPPOSED to prepare for and Big Man forgot it entirely, so they just said "Alright, we can make this work." Let's say Shiver is in her Summer Nights get up, Frye in Prepared for Springfest, Big Man is ready for Frostyfest, but, they were SUPPOSED to prepare for Splatoween, so they sing the normal song, dressed completely unfit for Splatoween. Also, dunno if anyone has pointed it out, but, Frye is the only one to *not* wear a mouth covering during a Holiday Splatfest. Shiver has one in Frostyfest & Big Man has one in Splatoween. Frye probably just doesn't like mouth coverings. To be fair, Big Man is (pretty much) completely covered by a sheet that looks like a ghost Manta Ray, so his mouth isn't *covered,* rather it's obscured by the Sheet. So, we can't see it move. I'm sure Shesez will boundary break behind Big Man's Splatoween costume to show his face isn't moving to avoid clipping.
If these splatfests had a flavour and food/drink to them, these would be by the following: Splatoween - Bitter and Spicy, Dark Chocolates and Pumpkin Pies, Cinnamon Latte. FrostyFest - Soft Sweet and a bit on the powder sugar taste side, Turkish Delights and Bonbons, Hot Chocolate. SpringFest - Overwhelmingly Sweet, Chocolate marshmallow eggs and Dangos, Strawberry milk. Summer Nights - Sour, Sweet and Fruity, Blueberry Icecream and Pineapple Cake, Milkshakes and any Tropical Cocktails.
Idea: While waiting for the Grand Festival, you can do black screen (hologram ready) versions of Splatoon 2's choreographies of Bomb Rush Blush (DJ Octavio version), Tidal Rush, and Spicy Calamari Inkantation, as well as Splatoon 1's choreographies of Ink Me Up, Now Or Never, Maritime Memory, Calamari Inkantation, Bomb Rush Blush, and Tide Goes Out. And sometime after the Grand Festival ends, you can do the Splatoon 3 choreographies of Ink Me Up, Maritime Memory, Ebb And Flow, Acid Hues, Muck Warfare, Spicy Calamari Inkantation, Into The Light, Fins In The Air, Till Depth Do Us Part, Hide And Sleek, Smeared Canvas, and Daybreaker Anthem.
LITERALLY, deep cut is so under appreciated just because they haven't had time to develop like OTH and SS, and now we can literally just pay to see the other bands perform so if u have the dlc there's no point in even being in splatsville 😭

I still go back and play OE meanwhile i will probably never touch SO again. I would've much rather had a full scale dlc about deep cut, but no, they needed to shoehorn the other idols in so they had an excuse to do final fest LOL. at least that's my opinions on it.
@@murmirr right, like SS had THREE story mode campaigns, and OTH has 2 expansions, deep cut had so much potential, the idea of the games own IDOLS being the villains of the story campaign is actually awesome but then they just immediately redeemed them all once grizz showed up and now they are the least developed idols in splatoon 😭, and don't even get me started on how they could've used deep cuts dynamics better. We BARELY get to see deep cut interact in the story mode. Makes me so mad even. Even tho I loved return of the mammalians they def missed A LOT of potential w Deep cut
Hey Wasarety! A lot of people have been wanting hologram ready versions of the original splat1 songs, and I had an idea. If it's possible, you could import the squid sisters animation files (ink me up, bomb rush blush etc.) and put it on the new models, then change the music and you have a 2023 version (kinda.) You could also make a black background version to use as a hologram. I'm not a modder myself, but I'm pretty sure that's possible. I thought it would be a fun idea. Keep making great content!

Nintendo made special versions of Anarchy Rainbow for the Splatoween, Frostyfest, Springfest, and Summer Nights splatfests. These are all official, but only appear in those respective splatfests.
@@sailorjupiterfan11 I mean its giving party city/shein with how cheap and vomit inducing the outfit designs and the absolutely atrocious colors they insist on using for these events. seriously, the easter one looks like a unicorn pee'd on them. on top of how the characters themselves look like someone took a blowtorch to the bratz dolls. seriously never got and still don't get the appeal there.
Splatoon characters are meant to have an unconventional appeal to them, they're designed to have personality and feel real in their own universe, not for us to perceive them as some pretty faces at first sight

@@Wasarety okay, I’m exaggerating when I say they have zero personality. They all actually have exactly 1 character trait shared across three boring shades. They’re no sillier than the yt girls from 2016-2019 who said they have “crackhead energy” and the fat comedic relief character is tired and overdone. Contrast that with how fun Callie’s high energy played off Marie’s idgaf attitude or how Pearl and Marinas philosophies differed due to their completely different upbringings. Oh, and three team splatfests were always a terrible idea and I don’t know how they thought it would work.

you can lowkey see the decrease in effort as deep cut gets more and more sidelined in their own game. that is honestly my one gripe with splat 3 😭😭😭
