- Drustvar is a region known for the tenacity of the soldiers who protect it. Long after the defeat of the mysterious Drust who once dwelled there, the descendants of Arom Waycrest and his people continue to eke out a living in this unyielding land. They are known throughout Kul Tiras as being a hearty, stoic, and deeply superstitious people, and would make keen allies in the fight against the Horde - but now it’s up to you to discover why they’ve gone silent.
When first arriving in Drustvar, you’ll be greeted by a dark and foreboding shoreline on the eastern border. Drustvar is a rugged land plagued by superstition, and signs of witchcraft are everywhere. The pathways through Glenbrook to Fallhaven are fraught with danger, so you’ll need to stay on your guard. Dark rumors swirl as to what may have befallen the Waycrest family - and if the Alliance has any hope of convincing the Kul Tirans to join them, you’ll need to untangle the mysteries that lay ahead.
Cobblestone paths wind through the region and in and out of the various villages and towns. History and culture are deeply woven into the fabric of Kul Tiras, but so too are the workings of dark witches. Cursed and hopelessly twisted townsfolk and creatures work in servitude to these mystics’ machinations, set to a task you’ll need to decipher and put an end to - if you have the stomach for it.
Traveling westward will lead to a large chain of rugged snow-touched mountains running from the northern border of the region to the southern Iceveil Glacier, nearly bisecting the region in two. Along Highroad Pass, you’ll come across various wildlife and creatures, including Chillwind Yetis who find the cold of the mountains to their liking and food sources plentiful.
On the southwestern coast you’ll cross into the Crimson Forest. Various shades of red assail your eyes and bear witness to the veracity of the name. The town of Falconhurst sits on the coast, and as in your previous travels through the region, you’ll find this settlement is under siege by dark forces.
Each clue found and mystery solved only puts forth more questions as to what could be ultimately manipulating events in Drustvar. Perhaps you’ll find the source of the troubles within Waycrest Manor - ancestral home of the Waycrest family who watches over Drustvar.

Unbelievable! I thought just a few days ago that "I doubt Everness would ever make Drustvar video". I'm glad I was wrong! This zone is absolutely authentic and memorable.

The BFA leveling experience/zones were really good. I actually had a great time. Unfortunately the rest of the expansion happened.

Yeah, since I really didn't care about endgame or grinding xp into that stupid neckpiece, I was able to enjoy the zones for what they were and then was done. The instanced content was only fun after a couple of runs and then it was just bad. Actually, if I'm honest, they weren't even great the first time but it was at least "new" and I got to explore those islands a bit.

And the next expansion happened.
Not all, only 4/6. Valley of Storms and Voldun were kinda dull. At least many people say so :)
Kul Tiras is and probably always will be my favorite land zone of all! Its so beautiful
Making the Drustvar opening quests during ingame night time was really one of the best parts of the expansion. so spooky.
I catch a bad cold. You know, the one that make you lie down in bed for the first 3 days, drinking hot tea and pills. And somehow I found you channel and watching this video made me feel so great! I`m playing videogames something around 20 years now, but I was never a fan of MMO, so I never play WOW. Never think it has such an amazing atmosphere. BFA is a good extension. Admittedly, not for the gameplay, but on an artistic level (the zones, the music, the story...) it's a gem. Thank you for this memory 👍
I spent so much time farming Anchor Weed here in BFA and SL for gold. God I miss it such a chill vibe farming in that zone I loved it could just sit back and relax while farming.

I left WoW towards the end of BFA during Ny'Alotha arc and parked most of my characters in Drustvar. Sleep well, champions of the Alliance and Horde!
I always feel sad, when i read that players leave the game and world i love so much. But dont get me wrong, i also did. After Legion. I have much hope in the upcoming expansion Dragonflight. Maybe, we will get Azeroth and Warcraft back.

@@Everness1 I put on the WoW music and ambiance playlist the most. Specifically, Suramar, Tiragarde Sound, Dazar'alor, Eversong Woods, Mulgore, Elwynn Forest, Westfall, and Gilneas are my favorites.
Your Skyrim and Oblivion videos are perfect background for card and board games too! I even love the videos for games I've never played, like The Witcher and Vampires: The Masquerade.
What I love most about your channel is how you really capture the feel of each zone or game. Drustvar FEELS like it does in the game, between the angles and spots you choose, to the subtle environment noise. Best ambiance channel hands down!
@@Everness1 I play the Tirisfal Glades one around Halloween and I listened to the Argent Tournament a lot during college while walking home at night. Redridge Mountains is also really nice.

As a horror movie and Halloween fan, Duskwood and Drustvar are my favorite wow zones! I was really sorry to have to move on to Bastion and the Shadowlands and reaching my 50s on a couple of characters...I would've continued to stay in Drustvar for months just for its creepy atmosphere. Bastion and Maldraxxus are so boring compared to Helena Gentle in the Drustvar woods, cackling about witchcraft.

God I love this zone. This, Duskwood and Elwynn forest will always remain as my favorite zones. Too bad there are no players anymore. At least on RP realms, Duskwood and Elwynn are still populated but sadly, even roleplayers rarely spend their time in Drustvar.

@@zohphyll6823 Normal servers are about everything except roleplay, so leveling, raiding and stuff like that. RP servers mainly focus on roleplay and the majority of people don't care about other stuff like level or gear. On normal servers you can only encounter people from normal server while on RP servers you can only encounter people from RP servers. For example, on normal servers you may encounter a person or two leveling in Duskwood, but on RP servers you encounter groups of people roleplaying around the whole zone.

This was my favorite zone to play in. I only resubbed for like 2 months during bfa. Haven't resubbed since. But I MAY for DF
Been 9 months, I still LOVE this music. I sold my laptop since and I haven't gotten a replacement. My hyundai santa cruz(black) was totaled, and old lady ran into it. So my girl and I got a 2023 nissan rogue(pearl white), then we traded our 2nd car a 2018 ford escape(blue) ford a 2023 santa cruz(sage grey(it more like an olive color))
And then I've just been spending almost all my time working and working out. I've gained a decent amount of muscle but haven't lost much fat, lmao. Anyway, thank you for reading, love you smooch

Drustvar was always my favorite zone of all later expansions
I miss BfA, at least the first part. I start with WoW short before BfA came out. So BfA was my Expansion I start from Zero. It was a nice time.
Traveling to Zandalar and Kul Tiras, explore them, it was a good time. I really feel like being a warrior of the Horde. Not like in Shadowlands.
Before I start my break from WoW, I was much more in Zuldazar, playing BfA stuff intead of playing Shadowlands.
Soon I will come back for Dragonfly. I miss Orgrimmar and the Horde.

I started playing wow in 2022 when I caught COVID and did not want to buy the shadowlands expansion, so I just leveled 3 characters in BFA. this music reminds me of those wonderful times recovering from the sickness and grinding wow for 3 weeks.

I loved this expansion and I especially loved Drustvar - Im not a hardcore gamer or raider, i just like to level and enjoy the environment without thinking too much - so BFA was perfect for me, although i appreciate it wasnt everones favourite . Similarly I hated Legion while everyone else seemed to love it.

Okay, sorry it took a while, I have some info for you. Assuming the place you described is Krazzlefrazz Outpost (goblin outpost high in the mountains with a rocket stuck in the ground), the music that plays there is: Drustvar C, Drustvar Day 4, Glenbrook Woods D, Glenbrook Woods A during the day, with Drustvar B, Drustvar Night 3, Drustvar Night 4, Glenbrook Woods C playing during the night.

Oh, awesome! BFA was quite a horseshit expansion, but I sure did love some zones and the music attached to them. This one is one of my favourite ones. I even visit this place in game just to chill there occasionally. Thank you for your efforts! This one is going to be highly appreciated 😇

@@SaberScorpion I guess that depends on what you prefer to do in game. I am a PvP andy and BFA literally didn't even have PvP vendors lol... it was by far the worst expansion for PvP. I only got 1 R1 title at the beginning but later on it was a bit brutal with boring metas.

And then they decide to shove zones like Bastion down our throats. I simply don't understand Activision Blizzard. Their art and music teams have been carrying the game for too many expansions now and yet they continue to miss what are actually good and strong zones. The Worgen starting area is another one, what an absolute banger that zone is.

Heh, pretty much the only region I enjoyed that expansion. So much so that, despite me being a Horde player, I had to create an Alliance character to experience the region to the fullest.

God the music. Why does WoW music have to be SO BLOODY GOOD while Blizzard is one of the worst companies? I feel so torn about subbig again... will probs wait unit next expansion see if its worth it or if itll be just another "lets rework everything but badly"...
BFA wasn't great, but it was the last expansion pack before WoW turned to total shit with Shadowlands. Makes me sad...
I would love to live in Drustvar. It's the closest thing to old times New England where I live before the liberals took over and ruined everything.
