- Northrend is the northern, icy continent of the world of Azeroth, and the source of the evil Scourge. It is also the home of Icecrown Citadel, the seat of the malevolent Lich King.
Often called "the roof of the world", Northrend is a frozen wasteland that lies far to the north. It is one of the most infamous locations in all of Azeroth. As with the other continents, it was once part of the original Kalimdor landmass that was broken apart during the Sundering. The area was the birthplace of numerous would-be empires, though not all managed to survive to the modern day, and even fewer in the forms they originally took.

I've went from sleeping too much, when I *really* was 24/7 on your channel, to being slightly energized lately but still exhausted deep inside 🤕 (and this season kills me/my sleep schedule, every time).
Not strong at all. It'd be nice to be Superman or something, but even then the true root of most probs (stupidity) would still be there and I would have to worry about it all, draining most of my energy etc.
At least I can return online every few months tho, and I've recently had several (mostly normal) conversations on the (2-3) things I keep mentioning. Not everyone responds ofc but I wouldn't be able to handle that anyway, with the amount of replies I've left the last 2 weeks😅
p.s. I guess, deep inside, no one wants to work for more than 10 hours per week, I hope you've found a balance by now and you enjoy it in the end. Imagine having to work way too much till you're ~65 and *then* starting to want to enjoy your life/free time (only to die at 70 or something). Oh wait.....
Take your breaks, and even start uploading only casually if it's needed. Everness hadn't uploaded anything for a while, too, from what I saw yesterday. Be like him at least in that way😏 (besides the quality of vids)
I keep mentioning how unfair it is for the smaller channels that he's getting almost all the love. Ppl don't share the love, I swear.
I truly thank you for your effort. The howling fjord part made me get lost in old memorys.. wrath was such a magical time.

28:00 was the masterpiece for this expansion. Playing at night when all was quiet, relaxing with a joint and taking it all in. Lost in thought while casually questing. Ahh the memories!
Such a pity blizz didn't leave one or two permanent era wrath classic servers up.
It's crazy how this world made me feel more apart of it than our actual world.

I feel the deepest pain when I hear this music. No expansion has immersed me like this one. No other game could give me these emotions. This music for these landscapes and beautiful moments is unique. I miss this world, but I also fondly remember it back with a deep, deep ache in my heart

I was at the WOTLK launch on the 12 of November 2008 in Oxford Street London HMV shop. I will never forget the queue going all the way around the entire building. We came home with our copies of collectors version at around 3.30 am and my husband launched the cd. I remember that day as if it was yesterday. When I woke up it was like Christmas came early. We took days off work to immerse in the game 😂
I would sometimes switch off the heating to feel the atmosphere of cold Northrend… insanity 😂
Awesome! My computer was in the basement at the time when I played WOTLK. It was always cold down there...summer or winter. The coldness always added to the game.
I really like to imagine one day when i'm on my deathbed, waiting for it. I'll listen to music like this...and it will give me that feeling one more time. A brief flutter of happiness of a time when things were easy and fun. God damn, has it been 12 years since wotlk?

Wow just couldn't get better after this expansion, Northrend is such a masterpiece, got all the different kinds of zoned you could wish for and the music is also the best IMO.

this was THE leveling experience i enjoyed most, not sure why but the zones were so different and vast. If Blizzard was to put up a survey which is your most favorite continent, 85% would vote for Northrend.
2:33:30 gets me every time, such a nostalgic soundtrack. Another great effort for the books Meisio! Enjoyed it a lot and made my Friday a lot smoother at work. Cheers mate.

FUCK Storm Peaks music is good.
WotLK as a whole has some of the best music in the game, it's incredible.
Dat WIntergrasp music totally slept on.. amazing stuf.. so calming
Starting off with Grizzly Hills for the win. I still remember the feeling of hearing the sound of Howling Fjord for the first time as the loading screen is done and the boat approaches the landscape. I could feel the wind and surf just from the music and scenery. Good times.
Currently at a work day at my school while I work on my other jobs for my family. This is the vibe. So many thanks, Meisio.

Awesome video/music compilation! I, too recorded the in-game zone music when this expansion came out (I recorded both day/night music, some zones had different music for it at the time). You don't have it here, but the Ebon Hold and DK starting areas have beautiful music, too. Just curious, was this a dead realm these video clips are from, because I don't see many players in most of them (but then again Northrend is not played much these days on most realms).

Hi @Meisio, would you consider lowering the question "wait time" for the live stream? Many times questions are asked which people do not know the answer to. It seems like it takes like 10 minutes for the question to "time out" and be auto-answered. I think 2 minutes would be a much more reasonable timer.

I made some small adjustments to the stream bot. It's not set for 2 minutes though. I used to have it at 5 minutes but people complained that they only saw the bot spamming questions and answers (since no one wanted to play it at some point). I hope you understand and now it's decent.
