Mens hope is also their Downfall, but it does not have to be. It’s Faramir’s hope, his hope in Gondor, in men, and in good, that lets him let Frodo and Sam go. Denethor becomes what he does because he has forsaken his hope in Gondor and in men, in goods ability to triumph over evil. The men of middle earth, as flawed as they are, are my favorite characters, because as much as we wish we were as gentle as hobbits, as devoted as dwarves, as smart as elves, we are all men at the end of the day, and the men of middle earth have the same flaws we do. We are prideful and short minded, but we are, against all odds, hopeful, even when it seems foolish. Even when osgiliath and Minas morgul have both fallen, Minas Tirith still stands proud as a beacon of the strength of men. It could easily fall to this pride, and it nearly does, had the beacons not been lit. But it survives, despite all that seeks to tear it down it survives, just like hope. I love Gondor.

There are literally *millions* of songs in the world. How do you know music like this *isn't* being made? Don't accept music that is fed to you, like on the radio, or through an algorithm. Seek it out yourself.
it is made but it is not well received, either because it is not allowed to be known or because others are far too gone to understand why it is so good and rather listen to rap junk.
This song makes me feel in a place far away from Earth, where war doesn't exist and people smile earing the birds sing. When the trumphet comes.... It's dinner time! And another day comes! Full of adventures. A new path encorages me to walk through the unknown! We could all work together to achieve a peacefull life without money... But humankind it's not smart enough! What a beautifull planet we have! We are burning it becuz we want more and more! We were happy and we didn't know! We have the power to close our eyes and think in whatever we want!

I love the fact that J.R.R. Tolkien's work has had such a grand impact on the world and myself. I have read the LOTR trilogy as well as The Hobbit. I love his work so much that I've been inspired to create my own fantasy series and keep it as original as possible while still giving readers the elements of Tolkien that we know and love.
Perfect timing for me as I am moving ✈to New Zealand🌏 in a few weeks' time and am just about to start reading 🤓the books 📚for the VERY FIRST TIME! Thanks for this amazing score.🎼🎵
LOTR is forever, new generations will adore the books, the films and the music. I read the books first time at age 10, 50 years ago. Still remember, I forgot the surroundings for days. Which were special, up in the Italian mountains watching eagles.
I love that you can first hear the Gondor theme in the Fellowship of the Ring, but not hear it in its full pride until Return of the King. When it was in theaters it would take 2 years between those moments.

Great music, and very inspirational. Beautiful picture of Gondor also. Been doing cg art myself while listening. "One day our paths will lead us there, and the tower guards shall take up the call. The Lords of Gondor have returned!"

Another epic LOTR ambience to soothe the pains that had been plaguing me for days. My back is killing me right now and this is just what I needed to find some respite from it...
Hey man. If you're struggling with chronic pain, I really recommend Palmitoylethanolamide powder (its an effective supplemental pain killer) or transcendental meditation. Wishing you the best!
_"Tall ships and tall kings_ _Three times three,_ _What brought they from the foundered land_ _Over the flowing sea?_ _Seven stars and seven stones_ _And one white tree."_ -Gondorian rhyme spoken by Gandalf in the Two Towers. Phenomenal as always, Tyler!

Fantastic editing! Also putting music from the game Lord of the Rings Online, which is a true work of art after Howard Shore! Congratulations and thank you for bringing these beauties to us! The Lighting of the Beacons for me is The best
1:00:13 my favorite of the gondor themes, the short melody that is featured when aragorn receives anduril from elrond in rotk
It is always so inspiring and heroic to hear
There is no hill in the Pelennor or between the walls and Osgiliath, nor beyond the river to Ithilien, from which that first view could have been taken. Pretty, though.

The Grace of Undomiel, so beautiful and peaceful. Why do they not make music like this anymore?
probably because they don't make movies like this very often..🌄..the eye of Sauron penetrates from Hollywood. 👁

There are literally *millions* of songs in the world. How do you know music like this *isn't* being made? Don't accept music that is fed to you, like on the radio, or through an algorithm. Seek it out yourself.
@@rikk319 Present your suggestions.
it is made but it is not well received, either because it is not allowed to be known or because others are far too gone to understand why it is so good and rather listen to rap junk.
Howard Shore absolutely nailed these soundtracks...
"A day may come when the courage of men fails, when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship, but it is not this day. An hour of woes and shattered shields, when the age of men comes crashing down, but it is not this day... this day we fight". - Aragorn
I always see the 3 movies (Extended versions) in Christmas with the kids. Its probably the only film i saw more than 50 times. And guess what... I always get that feeling *-*
where do you watch the extended versions? i’ve been trying to find them

"Don't confuse my emotions as me being weak, my sword can sing a song with tears rolling down my cheek"
I got chills the moment that first theme came in. Howard Shore is an amazing composer.
Howard Shore is as much a genius with music as Tolkien is with literature 🔥 reading the books with his music playing is such an enchanting experience 🤩
"Ele acredita que apenas um grande poder pode manter o mal sobre controle, mas não é o que descobri. Descobri que são as pequenas coisas, as tarefas diárias de pessoas comuns que mantém o mal afastado, simples ações de bondade e amor." - Gandalf
Muito bom e revigorante ouvir as lindas músicas do Senhor dos Anéis... Parabéns!!!
As such a HUGE fan of LOTR this couldn't be better I appreciate everything this channel does❤️❤️ thank you so much! And our son Stryder who was just born listening as he falls asleep
That is awesome! What a great name
Wow!!! Good luck with your move! Email me if you ever go to Hobbiton 🧡🎉
How goes the reading?
@@calebwelch7615 nearly done with The Hobbit (in Afrikaans, my mother tongue) and looooooving it, thanks for asking. 🤠

I just realised that I have been watching this same video nearly every night for the past 2 months just to fall asleep. That’s pretty epic ngl👍

When it was in theaters it would take 2 years between those moments.
sigh the 2000s trilogy ... once in a lifetime... I want more
I never tire of the LOTR music, or the films for that matter.. ❤️❤️🙏🏻❤️❤️
This music is magic... takes me away to another world where I can rest and put all issues aside, recover and come back stronger. Thank You Howard Shore!
It is magic, this is the rest cycle before you go kill some orcs.
This is what I listen to when I just need to sit down and take some time for myself. Its soothing and it puts me into a good mood. I feel like I am a kid watching lord of the rings for the first time again. Thank you for this.

All Glory and Honour to Peter Jackson and Howard Shore for bringing to vision Tolkien's epic masterpiece!

I should probably thank you in the acknowledgements of my thesis. Your videos are keeping me sane. Thanks!
This is the only thing keeping me going on this rough draft...thank you for this beauty of a soundtrack 💛
Tolkien's works are my favorite books of all time. He just had a way with words that I've never seen with anyone else. And you did a good job with this video. With these videos, you're able to give the vibes of Middle Earth. And as a Tolkien fanatic, I thank you!
Fantastic editing! Also putting music from the game Lord of the Rings Online, which is a true work of art after Howard Shore! Congratulations and thank you for bringing these beauties to us! Beauty that comes with that good feeling of nostalgia, of getting emotional and missing times where you've never lived!
I quote, therefore, that phrase by CS Lewis, which I cannot help but remember when I think of these things:
"The fact that our heart yearns for something Earth can't supply is proof that Heaven must be our home."

This music perfectly encapsulates the feeling of the sun after the rain. Even though everything is muddied, spoiled, and wet, the sunlight passes through dark clouds to illuminate the water and dew, making everything whole and beautiful again.
Thanks for including tracks from Lord of the Rings Online!
