Replace all the rear light’s with new. Try to NOT buy any lights made in China.Try to test off of the F250 & the dually. Some thing is wrong when you turn on the headlights . My opinion, the headlights need to be on day and night, when towing with any tow vehicle .
Man, gotta love chasing electrical issues. I had issues with my transmitter before. If the wire in the back of the transmitter comes loose, the range of the transmitter garbage. Personally, I'd run new wiring to the 4 pin.
I'd test the bluetooth light bar system on the Beast and see if it all worked then It'll let you know that the tow trucks plugs got a Haywire shortage in the plug on the rollback
Have you tried a 5 pen? Maybe it could be that your missing wire for the headlights when I had my papa camper? I had to replace the whole wire harness to a 6 pen.
YOU HAVE A "SHORT" IN YOUR TOW TRUCK.....OR SOMETHING IS WIRED WRONG.....TURNING ON THE HEADLIGHTS SHOULD NOT CAUSE THE TOW LIGHTS TO "NOT" WORK.....MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO BARE OR CHAFFED WIRES IN THAT HARNESS.....ALSO.....MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE "ALL" THE WIRES CONNECTED CORRECTLY.....

I was thinking there was a ground wire that’s not grounding properly.

Oh, the joys of tracing down electrical problems lol
KJ , I may be wrong but I think there is a wire issue on the park light side of your wiring , shorting out the system
Slick set up for sure!!!!
