This is part of the BBC, releasing through Madman. It would’ve taken so long because Disney+ would’ve had an exclusive deal. (like how Game of Thrones shows take a year after the Foxtel screening) BBC went from Roadshow, to Uni/sony, and now sit with Madman locally.
Yeah I figured we are getting it now because it’s been a year and there’s probably a contract that says ‘no physical for a year’ but I’m sure that was just a Disney exec talking to the intern
That's great news. Now can Disney release First Omen on Blu ray in Australia? And maybe even Alien Romulus? The prices for these Blu rays including shipping from eBay or zavvi is painful.
If they do that’d be great but I still doubt it. I imagine this will only be BBC stuff due to however they’ve licensed it internationally but I’d gladly be proven wrong
