That had to be stressful for all. Being in the tree industry I see these stupid comments that people make without any idea what they’re talking about. Your team did an outstanding job rescuing what could have been an absolutely horrible outcome.

11:50 who pays to have the fence repaired? Fire department, tree trimming company, or is the homeowner shit out of luck?? 🤔

That is well and fine...but getting them there in a rapid manner is the issue...we often wait on scene for utilities to be shut off and that takes quite a while...plus, the utility companies don't want to take on that liability.
      Thanks for your input.

Throw the guy a rope...I always had a climbing rope in my bucket truck- just in case.

Call another tree company with a bucket. You don't need 10 fire vehicles.

they didn't call for another tree company...they called the fire department and we did what we do.

These calls are both not fun and fun for the FD: not fun b/c a life is at stake. Fun b/c it isn’t a fire but takes strategic puzzle solving. Man who cut the fence should have had PPE. However, let’s not be the Monday morning quarterback. 🚨🚑🚒 Deserve our respect.
