If I was to buy a property in Thailand, does this get me easy excess to a visa
If you invest $500,000 USD or more you are eligible for the Long Term Residence Visa.
Isn't there at 10mil baht investor's visa that can be renewed annually indefinitely as long as property is owned?
If you invest in a condo, can you reside there for a long-time?
Depends on value of condo. In general, visas are easy here as long as you have cash.
