If you go out to different places you will be taller than most people, specially if you go to different places in the world where the average height is 5’5” for men’s. I know that for fact because I am around his height 6’1” in the morning and then slightly over 6ft in the night ( About 184cm through the whole day ) and I am one of the tallest when I go out to different places. Specially when I go to Mexico to visit family over there, I feel like a giant over there. 😂 To be honest, I think Chris is actually more leaning towards 6’1” than 6ft. i followed your wall measurement tutorial and i measure on several walls with 2 different measuring tapes and in the evening-late afternoons i usually get 174.0 cm sometimes 174.1-174.2 cm. Is that a fair claim? (i did get measured 173.0 cm on the nose at the doctors recently though so i'm confused of my actual height) Thanks rob.

Where I work, I usually have to ask customers for their ID or Driver Lincense and I have notice that many people lie about their height, don’t know if they are measuring themselves with shoes on? There’s many guys that in their ID are listed at 6’1” or 6’2” and I am clearly taller than them at 184cm ( 6’ 05” ). People usually add 2 more inches or sometimes even more to their actual height on their IDs.
@@wildyhot I never trust the ID. I just trust what I see. There’s no way someone can be 6’3 and look just average guy. Also lying about your height is going to change how tall you are. Someone who’s 6’4 can tell that I’m 6’2 easily. So if I lie about my height and say I’m 6’4 then I just make fool of myself. However you can get away with lying if you are extremely short like 5 feet and say 5’2 or being extremely tall 7 feet and say 7’2. It would be hard for the average person to understand your real height then.

Bad postural habits that effect ability to stand or measure as tall as you once did, could be rectified with some stretching routine or exercise. Injuries to bones/spinal discs could be permanent loss.
