@@evertonfc5380I’ve wondered that too, why are some genetic variations okay and others not? Semenya is intersex. Probably unfair to be included in this race but equally, many of the winners have genetic advantages anyway so could argue that why are some significant genetic advantages acceptable but others are not?
@@evertonfc5380I’ve wondered that too, why are some genetic variations okay and others not? You could say that because we are not categorizing sports based on those genetic conditions (for example height) but we so happen to be categorizing this sports competition based on sex. The solution is actually very easy. Just create an extra intersex sport event. The Intersex Olympics! Where all transgenders and intersex persons of any type are allowed to compete. So that the female sport is still fair. And on the other hand you still have a possibility to compete at sport on an international level as a transgender/intersex person, but this time on a level playing field! Everybody happy!
An even easier solution, match people by their chromosomes.

An even easier solution would be: declare the male discipline as an open discipline for all sexes (even women could participate, if they want to), but restrict the female discipline to real biological women.
