As you three are getting to the end of the show, I just wanted to give a shoutout to Sheera and all of her psychological and sociological assessments over the course of the entire series. I LOVE hearing her evaluation of every character, their thought process, and reasonings behind their actions, especially Korra's. This show is full of complex challenges. You have tons of people trying to reach for power for different reasons. Korra grew up cut off from the world and didn't have any social skills, then was thrusted into the world's problems and having to solve everything... yikes! Korra's solutions were never going to be perfect and all of the challenges affected her psyche, but that was her journey. I would love to hear how you all rank the books, which book was the best and which was the worst. Lastly, you three are the best! It's been great watching you react to Avatar the Last Airbender and Legend of Korra. Thanks!!
I love korra and she is a great Avatar, and I hate when they make comparisons between her and Aang , Aang was always running away and avoiding conflict, Aang was a 12 year old boy and for obvious reasons the creators were not going to put villains as strong as in korra Aang is not better than korra or vice versa
@@Step43099 Base Ozai is above Kuvira and Unalaq, and probably on par or a little stronger than Zaheer. The only villain stronger than him is Amon. But Sozins comet Ozai shits on all four of them
So many people hate on Korra because she isn’t Aang. Well she’s not. She has no past Avatars to rely on anymore, she has ptsd, she has way less spiritual experience compared to Aang who grew up a monk. The Future Industries advertisement billboard was previously present as a magazine advertisement in "Reunion". Varrick recalls his use of an electromagnetic pulse to disable mecha suits in "Reunion". Badgermoles' love of music was last used to dig tunnels in "The Cave of Two Lovers". It always bugged me that Ozai and his troops were gonna burn the Earth Kingdom like that, since it'd ruin some of their potential imports that they could of gotten from not just the colonies.
No one even credits that, that water splash was HUGE and like no one even recognizes how huge that was. If it was someone else they’d be like “Woah look at them” but Korra they just wash it off, like BRO HOW DOES NO ONE EVEN SAY WOW DAMN LOOK AT THAT HUGE SPLASH ON A GIANT MECH.

Korra is a fully realized avatar so it makes sense that her avatar state would be more refined and less "raw" than aangs. Like you said, she didn't let the past lives run her
As you three are getting to the end of the show, I just wanted to give a shoutout to Sheera and all of her psychological and sociological assessments over the course of the entire series.
Thanks!!

So many people hate on Korra because she isn’t Aang. Well she’s not. She has no past Avatars to rely on anymore, she has ptsd, she has way less spiritual experience compared to Aang who grew up a monk. Until Kuvira decided she wanted some more stuff.
Man I lost it at 5:50 when my boy scream "YOOOOOOO WTF YOoo, that's too much" after kuvira used the laser on the whole city
They argue about Kuvira destroying the city, but I think they forget that Ozai and his soldiers burning the earth kingdom for pleasure. She is the villain of the season doing villain things.
It always bugged me that Ozai and his troops were gonna burn the Earth Kingdom like that, since it'd ruin some of their potential imports that they could of gotten from not just the colonies.
This episode was everything. Hiroshi’s death made me cry as a kid and today it still hits hard every time
No one even credits that, that water splash was HUGE and like no one even recognizes how huge that was. If it was someone else they’d be like “Woah look at them” but Korra they just wash it off, like BRO HOW DOES NO ONE EVEN SAY WOW DAMN LOOK AT THAT HUGE SPLASH ON A GIANT MECH.
