    My friends really want me to join them in the gym but I get too much social anxiety to go lol. So far all I’ve been doing is OMAD and lost about 10 pounds in a couple weeks.

    Funny how I watched the video skipping like every 3 or 5 minutes of it and you were eating on every frame I stopped even tho its a workout video lol, anyways push hard at the gym!
