I'm sorry, I'm disappointed! I tried this recipe last night and it is a total fail. The sesame does not adhere to the cake once removed from the freezer... what a mess! You do not give volume for pineapple and the gelatin amount given is not sufficient. And the corn starch amount? I'm not sure what that is? I was pretty excited to put this together but this morning, looking at the results, not good.

Interesting recipe, but i would have not used gelatin for the pineapple gelly/coulis. Pectine is better and much softer.
