Funny, I bought a Traxx just two weeks ago, inspired by your videos 😁 It's an absolute beast in the snow and gets out of almost any situation I put it in! But the stock servo is absolute junk, can't even turn the tracks on a flat surface... what a disappointment. I ordered a 35kg servo and a Hobbywing 1080 ESC instead of using the Traxxas BEC. Same price, more work, but should be worth the hassle 😅
Nice 😁👍👍 As for the 1080 esc I'm on the fence with that one,🤔 I don't like it's reverse power output numbers, which is significantly less than it's forward power output,🤔 And it says that it has blah blah blah adjustable parameters, But the parameters that they show on paper, don't look all that impressive,🤔 Otherwise though it looks pretty good, gotta wonder about the cheep price though, Get What you pay for is coming to mind,🤔 Personally I don't mind the Traxxas Xl5 it does a pretty good job, at least you have full forward, full Reverse and 100% brake with the Traxxas ESC,😕 mark my words, there's going to be a few times that your gonna want full Reverse,🤔😕 I'm not sold on the 1080 as of yet,😕 But then again, I'm not sure what the Xl5 puts out for forward/reverse amps, so the 1080 might be better,🤔😕 Traxxas is kinda vague with there power outputs,🤔 Stock Steering servo is junk, I totally agree with you, the Bec kit helps, but as I said in the video, it's not too much at the end of the day, It needs a stronger Servo from the start,😁👍 As for the truck; I agree with you on that as well, It's a Snow Beast 😂👍 💯% Awesome truck, and it looks pretty darn Cool as well,😁👍👍 Thanks for your Awesome Compliments my friend, and many more thanks for your Awesome Channel Support my Brother.😊🤜🤛

Not on the Transmitter, but I believe that it has a 5 or 6 channel receiver,🤔 Which doesn't do you much good without a Transmitter that's capable of matching it.😂 For something like that, you would be better off going with a aftermarket Transmitter and Receiver, Probably a 2 stick, 6-10 channel, surface or air transmitter, is what I would go with,🤔 Much easier to operate the plow too. 😁👍 Thanks for your great question and for checking out the video my friend. 😁👍

Simply put, it provides all the Servos with a Positive 6 volts of Electricity, 😊👍 Which gives your servos a little more power, and greatly prolong's there lifespan,😁👍👍 And I totally Recommend that any Trx4 owner installs one, before they drive there truck for the first time,😊 Ultimately, it may be the difference between your stock Steering servo lasting a few days, and lasting for a few years,🤔 When I first got my sunset Trx4 Bronco, I didn't Install the Bec kit, and the steering servo quit working after two days,🤔 Same thing with my brothers Trx4 Bronco, except his servo lasted for two weeks before quiting, I will installed the Bec kit in both of those truck's after the fact,🤔 Then we got a Trx6, installed the Bec kit on the first day, and we haven't had any issues with the steering servo,😁👍 Same thing with this Trx4 Sport, installed the Bec kit, and no problems with the steering servo.😁👍👍 In my eyes the Traxxas Complete BEC kit is a Must Have item.😊 💯% Thanks for your Great Question Tyler, and I wish you all the Best with your RC shopping decisions.😁
You don't need the Bec kit in order to drive the truck. But it is extremely helpful for extending the life of your steering servo.😕 As for what the Bec kit does; Basically the Bec kit re'routes power from your Electronic Speed Control directly into the Receiver, and provides your steering servo with a positive 6v of electricity, without the Bec kit, your steering servo is getting less than 6 volts of electricity,🤔 Which means that it's not working at it's full potential,😕 it's "under powered" and will most likely have a short lifespan because of it,🤔 Having the Bec kit installed on the other hand, will give your steering servo the correct voltage that it needs, which will intern give your steering servo more Raw power, as well as extending it's overall lifespan.😊👍 The Bec kit is a good thing to have 100% Thanks for your great question Nathan, and many more thanks for checking out the video my friend. 😊

My question is is what does the BEC kit do?
Simply put, it provides all the Servos with a Positive 6 volts of Electricity, 😊👍
Which gives your servos a little more power, and greatly prolong's there lifespan,😁👍👍
And I totally Recommend that any Trx4 owner installs one, before they drive there truck for the first time,😊
Ultimately, it may be the difference between your stock Steering servo lasting a few days, and lasting for a few years,🤔
When I first got my sunset Trx4 Bronco, I didn't Install the Bec kit, and the steering servo quit working after two days,🤔 Same thing with my brothers Trx4 Bronco, except his servo lasted for two weeks before quiting,
I will installed the Bec kit in both of those truck's after the fact,🤔
Then we got a Trx6, installed the Bec kit on the first day, and we haven't had any issues with the steering servo,😁👍
Same thing with this Trx4 Sport, installed the Bec kit, and no problems with the steering servo.😁👍👍
In my eyes the Traxxas Complete BEC kit is a Must Have item.😊 💯%

You don't need the Bec kit in order to drive the truck.
But it is extremely helpful for extending the life of your steering servo.😕
As for what the Bec kit does; Basically the Bec kit re'routes power from your Electronic Speed Control directly into the Receiver, and provides your steering servo with a positive 6v of electricity, without the Bec kit, your steering servo is getting less than 6 volts of electricity,🤔 Which means that it's not working at it's full potential,😕 it's "under powered" and will most likely have a short lifespan because of it,🤔 Having the Bec kit installed on the other hand, will give your steering servo the correct voltage that it needs, which will intern give your steering servo more Raw power, as well as extending it's overall lifespan.😊👍
The Bec kit is a good thing to have 100%

The truck did indeed come, with full "factory installed" led lights on the Truck's body, Headlights,Tail light's,& the light bar on the roof,😊👍 I installed the Traxxas led "Rock light's", onto the Truck's chassis after the fact.😁
