    Mami today is my father in law's sradham. As per your instruction we made athirsam. And really came out well. This time we planned and made the athirsam dough first and made it at last....but konjam crispy a irunthuthu. May be not enough time for dough to rest...thank you mami

    Mami this lockdown time I have tried many of your receipes like Peas pulav and kofta, nellikai thoku, lime rasam, vendaya kuzambu, paruppu urundai kuzambu etc. It all came out very well. Thankyou once again.

    I 'll definitely try mami. Recently I made normal thatha. All the thattai came soft. What could be the mistake? To be frank I used normal rice flour. Not pathapaduthiya maavu. Pls mami guide me to prepare once again correctly.

      Mavu nanna varukkanum and evenly spread one more step use the fork to pierce holes in the thattai and add same more butter try this.

      ஆமாம் வீட்டில் உள்ள விநாயகருக்கு வேண்டி கொண்டு 11 செவ்வாய் கிழமை தலைக்கு குளித்து சுத்தமான உடை உடுத்தி பக்தியுடன் 1தேங்காய் உடைத்து பூர்னம் செய்து கோதுமைமாவில் கொழகட்டை 108 செய்து விநாயகர் அகவல் தெறிந்த விநாயகர் ஸ்லோகம் சொல்லி நிவேதனம் செய்து முதலில் குழந்தைகளுக்கு கொடுத்து பின் எல்லோரும் எடுத்து கொள்ளுங்கள். அன்றய நாள் வெங்காயம் பூண்டு தவிற்தல் நலம். இது போல் 11 செவ்வாய்கிழமை நம்பிக்கையுடன் செய்யுங்கள் அந்த காரிய ஸித்திவிநாயகர் எல்லா ஜெயத்தையும் அருளுவார்.

      Thatta sedai - I did exactly as advised, but it came out to be soggy, soft like puri. Not crispy but taste was superb . What could be the reason.
      Vella seedai - first one looked good, so added all; but everything alarndu pochu. Don't know what went wrong. 😕

    Mami namaskaram. Today I tried regular thattai and seedai. But I don't know where I lack. Rendume "chowk chowk" consistency laye irukku. Plz help mami. Around 1 kg mavu pesanjutean.

      Did you roast the Mavu well .add little more butter. Pressed Tatti evenly. Keep the oil medium heat. fry longer time.

    Mam, I saw vella seedai in ur channel. I did exactly how u did. But when I put that in oil, everything dissolved. What may be the reason. Please let me know. Uppu seedai came off well. Please help

      1) over hot oil. 2) excess vellum or excess water or exercise so add some mavu and try in the low flame
