Caramelized Banana Upside Down Cake

- Caramelized banana Upside Down Cake is another recipe of rich, moist, delicious banana cake.
The banana slices in caramel sauce really adds flavor to the cake. It blended so well also with the very aromatic cinnamon and the vanilla flavor.
This cake can be served during breakfast especially with black coffee. It can be eaten also anytime of the day.
Hope you guys will make one, it's really worth making.
The following are the ingredients:
For the Caramelized Toppings
1. 2 pcs. Medium Sized Bananas cut in circles
2. 85 grams of Butter
3. 1 cup Brown Sugar
4. 1 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
For the Batter
1. 2 pcs. Medium Sized Bananas Mashed
2. 1/3 cup Butter (or Cooking Oil)
3. 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
4. ½ cup Milk
5. 2 pcs. Eggs
6. 1½ tsp. Baking Powder
7. 1 tsp. Baking Soda
8. 1 cup Brown Sugar
9. Pinch of Salt
10. 1 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
~Mix all the ingredients for the batter. Then, pour over to the caramelized sauce with banana slices. Baked at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes or until when skewers inserted comes out clean. Then it's cooked.
