- The plaintiff rented a townhouse to the defendant. He says he ultimately had to evict her because her checks kept bouncing. He says the house was badly damaged and the defendant left large buckets of urine inside. He’s suing for rent and damages. The defendant argues she doesn’t owe him anything. She claims the plaintiff is only suing her because he wants to remodel his house.

There was a used car dealer type smoothness to this guy. For that reason I'm inclined to think he is embellishing this story.
How could a woman who is a little heavier and has gone through surgery pee in a bucket. I don't believe it.
Due to her attitude and the facts presented by the plaintiff, the multiple court cases he had to bring against her, yeah, she pees in buckets.
Showed every true color in her book…I don’t care what she went through, she was horrible. I believe she did everything.
I don't, I 100% believe he pissed in there & did most of that. In my almost 50 yrs on this planet I've come across scumbags like him, real weirdos, it's written all over him. He's probably pissed she wouldn't sleep with him, or continue to do it. These two are real dive bar fodder. This isn't a case of just a lousy tenant.
I do believe she did all that and I also believe her sob story was fake.
I usually hate snap judgements, but I could tell the second the defendant walked in the courtroom that she was bad news. The plaintiff must have been desperate to rent if, after meeting her, he still decided to let her move in. I would have eaten my Dunkin' donut and skedaddled out of there.

The way she acts in court you can easily get a sense that she’s vindictive thus one can inferred that she breaking window, scratch the floor, pee in buckets, etc. to get back to her ex-landlord. She’s one of those tenants from hell who doesn’t pay and think she can live for rent free.

I know this hog! She responded to my ad in May 2022 for a place to rent, but I had seen this episode televised. I met her at a location, but I had just secured a rental with a deposit. I said, "The unit is already rented & I am in process of removing the ad!" At this point she told me, "As long as the ad is in place, you need to consider all offers!" Told her goodnight & walked away while she was screaming that it was, "Unfair", "You are a liar!", "I am going to sue you for 'bait & switch'." She was trying to get a reaction out of me. I just kept walking. I am still waiting for the summons to court.

I don't know... seems like these two are meant for each other -- a sap & an aggressor. I had an experience once when a next-door neighbor was a know-it-all and a bully who thought that he could walk all over me. Well, I reported some wrongdoing (something he's been doing on the property for years) to the County and he was fined $1200. Boom!

I’ve watched a lot of People’s Court. This is, by far, the best episode yet. The defendant is a horrible human being on every level.
I'd say the one where Judge Milian catches the guy in a bold-faced lie about him being somewhere is number 2, #1 would be when she went off on a law student who went to a school she taught at, and he says to her, "well, that's your opinion", and this one would be #3.

Lady no matter how cunning and manipulative someone maybe, they can't get thru evidence, which you coincidentally did not have. Yelling and acting a fool as a distraction doesn't change those facts. You can tell she has no self control when confronted. She's definitely got a couple screws loose and believe whole heartedly she pee'd in those buckets. Working with an organization to help in other countries doesn't erase the craziness. Hope whoever she worked with sees this and told her that her services were no longer needed.

What a horrid defendant. She has no anger management or control, applies unfairly for extensions galore, breaks her lease by paying late and making alterations (painting), destroyed things, pees in buckets etc. Of course she did everything he said she did. She had no proof of anything, no answers, the plaintiff had everything he needed to prove his case, she swore and became angry and uncontrollable and rude etc. As I said, what a horrible nasty human.

The facts are that non payments and rubber checks left her in court a bunch with her landlord. She could've been evicted so much sooner. He gave her SSI many chances and he felt bad for her so he was sympathetic. He probably felt like life was getting him down while she was around. But now he's got her out and is feeling good.

It's possible to get lung cancer and not be a smoker, just fyi. I'm unaware of exact figures, but I'll admit smokers are more at risk of getting lung cancer. However, it is incorrect in the assumption one must be/have been a smoker in order to get lung cancer.

One thing I learned from those videos is ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES (or videos would be better) when taking AND leaving a place. Also take notes in writing of any decisions and changes.

BUT, she's a loud, mean-spirited and vexatious person who needs to be slapped by the thick pile of evidence that the lawsuit contains and found 100% guilty of and wholly responsible for leaving behind that disgusting mess like detritus in her wake. She could've contacted any number of organizations who are committed to helping people struck with cancer to help her clean up the putrid mess she left behind. Pretty damn gross. 🤢
